They chased after Salman, who was feeling about the jungle that is their hearts and souls, torches in their stoney and bloody hands; the fires of their torches did nothing but unveil the horrors and corpuses piled under the trees that are their legacy. Salman emerged to the light.. a sung hero; they emerged not! We, peering from afar, yet up-close, to their faces that are exposed by the very fires they intended to set ablaze the messenger of Light. There, they are still burning inside-out, shouting in the bleak night they hold so dear a captor!
After RU-vid suggested this video and I started to watch it, I got to the end of the Isidore Quartet playing the Bartok and stopped, gobsmacked. What power! What mastery! They must have won, I thought, they have to have won, did they win? Yes! Triumph!

There is no answer to lifes mysteries. Thats what he is saying. Even after such am extreme experience he never got an answer to that why? I have accepted that. Just do your best every day. Thats a you can do.
Mr Nando Parrado has been an inspiration and a hero to me since I found out his story and the other survivors and victim's story when I first watched the movie Alive as a teen in the 90s. I've since educated myself much better on this tragedy by reading the books and watching the interviews with survivors and the rescuers. Nando was a hero, despite what he says about it being fear that drove him aswell as the need to get home to his father. He and Roberto and all of the other 14 who lived along with those who died were amazing courageous people, their strength in the face of such terror and suffering was incredible. It makes me feel embarrassed about how soft and babied so many people are in our society today.
What kind of microscope do you need to look at this I mean is an electron microscope or can I get one off of eBay? I have a couple different ashes from friends and family that I would love to examine get a picture of their galaxy so I can do a memorial painting or two without it being so morbid.
Kinda ironic that they would talk about writing techniques intended to help you hook the writer and then talk about techniques to write articles in a way to keep people clicking and reading in a pejoratif light like it's such a different thing
Aalmoost. Stop listening when he used the globe and the mail as a reference to good writing or professionalism which it is neither. except for propaganda
I love Rita Coolidge and Kris Kristofferson singing, Please Don’t Tell Me How The Story Ends. Rita’s and Kris Kristofferson’s voices blended so well. God bless them both.
To all the arrogant know-it-alls: If you knew even the bare basics about high-altitude climbing and what is actually happening to your body, you would refrain from commenting. Also, the north side's Second Step and the summit ridge knife's edge is something you should learn about mainly from climber's videos. It's also important to watch an entire climb in order to understand that these are men who run 10K daily and climb regularly before joining an expedition to the Himalayas. Most work several jobs, before they can afford the equipment, travel costs, paying the sherpas, etc.
Although I am not a climber but more of an adventure seeker. I remember a quote I heard years ago by a famous world class climber. ‘The definition of ‘True Adventure’ is when the outcome is not known’ I have always believed this statement. When rescue is an option, you are not experiencing ‘True Adventure’.
