Out of 10 I would say 8, if you put pulp back in the machine you cannot get any more. by Chewing you won't feel any juice left in the pulp.

Anything goes, leafy green kales and spinach no issues. In this video I tried hard veggies but for home we have used this slow juicer for all sorts of fruits and vegetables and no issues.
