We used to get alot of salesman and church people trying to leave flyers and pamphlets and booklets. Trying to give us their come join us speech and why you need to change your religion. You get people trying to get you signed up for services, lawncare, pest control, painting, pressure washing, etc. After awhile, you watch from the camera and refused to open doors to strangers knocking on your door. And you have 911 on speed dial!
@@BerryMcCockiner like Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get punched, sometimes I just abandon the script I have and improvise but overall it’s fun, getting past the representative is easier than I thought though
I told this dude i wasn't interested and after i told him for the second time he just said, okay i guess you don't like saveing money, as if that condescending condescending remark would make me beg for him back.
Hello do you still mentor? I want to start in this industry. I have sales experience, door to door sales and want to start as a appoitment setter and becoming a closer
He was making over $1,000,000.00 a year, he wasn't active in the field anymore, it was on auto pilot. He couldn't have stopped if he wanted to... it was done. 7 figure (& growing) passive income for life.... but Ian had to sell his PFS business because he had too many outside business interests that became conflicting. It's a shame because when all these other fads of the current day fade away etc. Then & only then will he realize that he sold off the best thing he built & could've ever wished for.
Reputable companies shouldn't be going door to door. Reasonable people don't like strangers at the door. If you're working for a company that won't drive customers in with proper marketing, you're automatically not trustworthy to the average consumer. Scams are through the roof these days and people can find what they want in seconds. The sales game is ever-changing. You gotta roll with the punches and dodge out of the archaic modalities of yesterday. It isn't the 60s anymore, boys. If you're waspy enough to sell a stranger anything at their front door, you can certainly have customers come to you. If you're working a sales job that forces you to study loopholes in private properties and solicitation, you may be playing for a shitty team.
@2manyballfaces46 I did a long time ago. It was unwelcome even then. These days, even less. The company I represent has no problem bringing customers to us. D2D is reserved for flunkies, junkies, and wannabes.
Incorrect, in this capitalist country anyone can start a business and sometimes people don’t have thousands of dollars to throw into marketing so they do door to door. Is cheap, accessible and puts you right in front of people. I would recommend door to door to anyone who wants to make money. They worse people can say is No.
@@2manyballfaces46 haven’t had a single solicitor come by my crib since I got the sign. You can call it dumb luck but I like to think the sign is what keeps em away
@oj6290, do you have a job? Do you eat? have a bed to sleep on? You’re welcome, every product that you consume is all thanks to people like these, they (marketing/sales) are key for any company to stay in business so you can have a roof on your house, electricity, clothing etc.
@@chancharrin6869 yeah man, every product in my home was purchased from some form of solicitor totally 👌👌 Makes total sense, and I guess my job too is all tied into that as well?? And what does a company sending out marketers have to do with me having a roof over my own head like huh??💀
If anybody needs an job through ADT we're looking for talented candidates in the South Florida area.If anyone is interested, just send me a reply via this comment Pay is quite lucrative and we are quite flexible with hours
Tell that to all my customers who signed up... You think everyone thinks the same way you do??? That's cute, you're not that important buddy, get over yourself.
@@rcharmel9316 Lot of reflecting there, nobody worth their salt does D2D, youre fuckin nuts if you think your company's really giving away superior products for reasonable costs. Only the shadiest companies with the most subpar products are desperate enough to hire solicitors to manipulate mentally weak people. You're not enlightening anybody here don't kid yourself. Doubt you actually personally researched if your company even sells good products people need. 99% of the time its dogshit thatll never survive with competitors in real selling platforms like online or physical stores. So they resort to D2D getting idiots to sell snake oil and sucker reckless people. Two douches in this video don't help your case either.
As a classic vacuum salesman I definitely understand the objections for giving away a free cleaning however it still works!! Door to door sales is old however gold standard for making business.
What's this supposed to mean. A 10k ferrari that's brand new is easy money. Sell it for its actual value minus 10% and you make a huge profit. Wanna speed it up? Sell it for double and you're still gonna sell quick, and double your investment 🤷♂️ Obviously this is taken out of context, but as a short, it makes Jo sense.
So basically, say you are selling something that is very valuable and the other person says no to you because the price is too high. It usually means that they just don't know the value of what you are selling. And so, this is a metaphor for that.
Completely wrong. Let me give you an example: you decided to lay off those employees. Yes I did, the company would not have survived if I hadn’t. That’s a pretty darn good defense of something said that was true.
Self awareness is key to achieving true happiness and financial success. Do you get triggered when people talk bad about you even though it might be true?
This is a great top 4 sales objections that you the sales pro encounter the most. Listen in and as Cory tells us about the nitty gritty of these objections so you can learn how to handle those.
Quit knocking on doors 🤦🏼 Market the right way and leave people to their privacy. Use that line with me and I’ll still tell you to hit the bricks pal. Coming to someone’s house unannounced unless you are close family is rude as hell. That’s not a good start to our doing business. If I need you, do the marketing work and just make it easy for me to find you online. It’s not 1990 anymore. Quit being lazy and do the work the right and decent way ✌🏻
