I’m not allowed to really comment on something like that. I’d google it and do your own research on that subject. Plenty of howell Facebook groups that you can join as well with this topic!
What happened to Molinaris pizza ? Last time I had it months ago the sauce was no longer sweet and the cheese was really different. Really turned me off. Use to love the hell out of that place and I live just down the street from it.
Actually shocked I didn’t, got a few videos on freehold so maybe I wanted to change it up 😅. If not, I shouldn’t be allowed to call freehold my hometown 😂
@@liveincentralnewjersey LOL you're so forgiven. I grew up in Freehold and up until this year, head home (now Fort Lauderdale because of course 🤣) at least every other year. There have been trips of three days during which I ate Federicis pizza all three days. I grew up on Broad Street (#104), bought my first house there (#32 McLean St) and worked for Vince Halleran (#56 West main Street right across from the firehouse) and graduated from the Borough. Cheers 😊.
@@liveincentralnewjersey No doubt but as you talk, sooooooo expensive! Back when I bought 32 McLean St I paid $58k!!! Sold it three years later for $114k but can't imagine what it would be now, especially because it's a duplex or was then anyway. And the property taxes in Monmouth!!! Holy cow!!!! It was a lovely little town to grow up in though!
Town counsel are all corrupt and being bribed by Lakewood and eagle Oaks Golf course . They all need to be investigated. They shut comments off on youtube so they can pass tax hikes and ridiculous ordinances under the radar.
Every time it floods the roads are underwwter and all the homes are jacked up because they are in a flood zone. I see no advantage to having properly there.
Thanks for the comment! Like most towns, certain areas will be more desirable than others. I promise the 1.5 million dollar condos overlooking the ocean in pier village is not the ghetto!
I went to high school in Manasquan over 50 years ago. While my career has since taken me all over the country in several states, I would move back to Manasquan in a minute if able. Great town with great memories.
@@THEREDROCKET23 I live in South Florida now and couldn't even imagine living in Manasquan or any other Florida shore town. You can only use the beach in the summer and what the heck do you do all winter. I have been seeing more and more NJ license plates in Florida even in the summer. Former NJ business have moved to Florida because that is where the money is.
Place sounds and looks like an old jersey shore town that is from a bygone era. I don't consider a asphalt blacktop a boardwalk. This area has been losing population since 2000
Thanks for your feedback! Yes, the boardwalk isn't the traditional style like Point Pleasant or Belmar, but the population has been increasing since the early 2010's after a slight decline like you mentioned.
I don’t know the exact address but it’s in the subdivision Clayton Farms. It’s on the West side of Freehold off of Rt 537 and between gravel hill road and Thompson grove
