Very nice way of teaching ma'am I wish even my accountancy faculty could explain concepts in this manner instead of being arrogant all the time even after knowing nothing 🥲 anyways thanks a lot and especially for that ammendment thing... I was studying with two different books of different editions so had a lot of confusions here but you cleared them completely:)
1. 10% - DRR creation timeline? 2. Is it applicable on private co? 3. What about partially convertible debentures, DRR applicable on whole or only on redeemable part?
