@@SweetGinRickey hi there! Great question. I love Adaptibars user interface and easy navigation. I also love adaptibars report generator and clear breakdown of percentages per subcategory. From what I have seen, UWorkld wasnt as clear, but I would recommend seeing if both companies have a trial run and which format you resonate better with. I hope that helps!
"I'm a lawyer from India planning to do a Preppy paralegal certificate course. Will this qualify me to take the NALA exam, and can I take it from India? [Note: I'm preparing for the US (CA) bar exam and want to gain experience as a paralegal first.]" Please guide me

Hi, I so much appreciate, how you delivered your narrative and experiences to the Public on Attorney Shana Karpeles's Podcast. To God be the Glory for ever and ever! Thank you, Latrice for lifting me up, taking me to another level and inspiring me and so many others as well.

Question about horizontal privity, i'm a bit confused a't the definition you gave. What you described sounded like mutual Privity but I'm a 1L and have no idea what is going on.
I am a criminal lawyer, I studied in Mexico, now I live in California and I am studying English as the first requirement to take the exam, it is confusing and difficult for me as a foreigner to know what is the right path to take to be able to practice in this country, opinions are divided and in the face of misinformation the road becomes slow and complicated
Hi Perla: I am so sorry you are experiencing this, but please know it is very normal and I agree complex as well, especially for Foreign Applicants. The crucial component is to veer away from commercial bar preparation where you will be a mere number and receive no individual coaching or attention. I recommend setting up a complimentary consultation with me to go over the process and how it can be streamlined for you. Please feel free to email us at cabarstyle@yahoo.com.
Hello Ma'm, I have been serving as a Judicial officer in India since 2012. I passed my law degree in India in 2010 and enrolled as an attorney here in India. Thereafter I joined as Judge in India. Now I want to appear in California Bar Exam. I want to know what are the requirements like documents needed to apply and how to prepare and what are the resources for the same. Thanks and regards

Wow! Amazing interview! Thanks, Shana! I almost didn't recognize it's your video because of the new thumbnail but the voice sounds very familiar! Yes. Contracts is your forte. Take heed, y'all.
Who's watching in 2024? Shana Karpeles is my favorite bar Prep professor this side of the Mississippi. Thank you, ma'am. 😊 Due to extenuating circumstances, I'll be around for at least 9 more months. 😅
Who's watching in 2024? About 12 minutes into it, Shana talks about the process of starting the response essay but not "feeling it." Equates it to a live courtroom experience where you're having a bad day and the other side is "blowing you out of the water." She says, stay calm. One of my best Takeaways in my bar Prep journey. Another one is: Every "exception is 10 points!" Wow.😮 🍸 Thank you so much.
Who's watching in 2024? Thank you as usual, Shana. 😊 I'm glad to hear you say, "spend 6 to 8 months" focused on the substance of California law. Which means that 🤔 I am going to be at my 3 months of my final review, November this year. February 25-26, 2025, here I come! I'm planning on 6 months of California practice and 6 months in the Philippines 🇵🇭 💕
Who's watching in 2024? Attorney Shana Karpeles is the best! Thank you as usual. I will be around until I pass! Lol😅 I'm going to be a one-time taker passer. 🙏
