In the 1960’s I first met Bob Darch at Club “76” at the old 76 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, Canada. My brother was visiting Toronto from Newfoundland at the time and as usual Bob made us feel like stars playing Bazookers on stage with him. Then in the 1990’s I was so THRILLED to cross paths again when I jammed with Bob at one of the many FIGA BANJO CONVENTIONS I attended in the US. It was a wonderful weekend with Bob and about 200 other top musicians. I lost track again with Bob until ONLY A FEW YEARS AGO when I learned from his lovely wife that Bob had passed on. Bob was a very unique Musician because he was able to perform professionally on multiple instruments which enhanced his singing of the old “Goldy Ooldies” . with much fun and frivolity in which he made every audience laugh and participate in song which is a rare legacy for anyone to leave especially such a highly talented musician. My lovely Trudy always said Bob’s music encouraged her perpetual million dollar smile. I would love to share with others who knew BOB., Please EMAIL ME at: CaptainAlYetman@yahoo.com “ YOU are still loved and remembered Bob.” R.I.P.

@patriciamarie5957

@@embossed64 its definitely not ignorance, quite the opposite actually. The ancient vedic texts had in depth descriptions of aerodynamics and jet engines... ancient. Those are the texts that the hare krishnas refer to. Krishna is just an all encompassing name for god, just like the name "God" and the phrase "OM" Its a mantra. Knowledge equals happiness, you just have to give up worldly pleasures for the sake of enlightenment in this physical world and for transcendence into bliss when you die. The hare krishnas worship a scripture called the Bhagavad Gita, which is a step by step explanation of "God's Universal Form" and transcending into heaven. Just to read it is to become enlightened if you are to read it with a true open heart and mind, as one would read any beautifully written literature. The Bible is also such a beautiful piece to the puzzle, it tells an intricate story of beauty and betrayal, love and heartache, transcendence and worldly pleasures. I do believe it could have been translated with less bias but that goes for most religious texts im sure. in either hand, please research for yourself... every soul deserves to find itself... were just playing a game of hide and seek with god, turns out hes all around you. dont forget that.
