sis join agencies that charge these places for cancellations, and pay up to 4 hours of your shift if they dont inform you and you get to the facility. These were issues i faced when new into full time agency. In hindsight, i cant remember when last they all happened to me. for consistent shifts, join up to 4 agencies. im with 6 agencies with at least 3 consistent ones. Finally learn how to keep a track record of homes/hospitals with unsafe nursing practice or poor nurse to patient/resident ratio. BE READY TO TRAVEL FAR😄
Thanks for the video! I think the actual end date of your leave to remain needs to be obtained online (you can use the right to work check), as all BRP crads are expiring on December 31, 2024. My actual leave to remain, for example, is until Feb 2025. But I don't think it's a big deal and clearly, they won't hold it against you if you enter the date on the BRP card as your ILR was approved. Congrats, and thanks again for the awesome video. Also, LOVE the background music. Adds a nice touch :)
it's the same as buying a house but this time you won't buy like you want to live in it. you ll get it as a buy to let property instead. you can also get cheap houses on Auction and refurbish it then sell it at a higher price or you can buy a block of apartments in tourist areas like london and use them as Airbnb or student accommodation. investing in real estate is expensive but the benefits are worth it down the line
That adaptation due to new location is the major reason I can’t engage in agency staff because it’s risky. To me the money doesn’t worth the risk. I can’t even do a part time agency not to talk of full time…. I don’t need stressful money making I’m just content….its demerit outweighs the merit. I prefer to work in a familiar environment
@@nr.preciousakunna6922 You are right. going for your first shift in a place you have never been to can be scary. i was scared at first too but after working a few agency shifts, that fear went away because even though the work environment was different, the routine was almost the same everywhere so it made it easier for me to cope with the new setting
Schola, thanks a lot for the detailed explanation. You're doing well. Keep it up. Date of birth in my passport and license is the same but different with the one in my degree certificate. Is that going to be a problem in my CGFNS credentials evaluation? Kindly share with me your email for contact please 🙏
