What is the point of this device when a decent barcode scanner is 1/10th the price? Even a firm can give mid level Android phones and still save money.
Hello! Thank you for your comment, it's a good question we get quite often. The TC22 is not just a barcode scanner, and has some great benefits over consumer smartphones! 1) There is a dedicated standard or long range imager integrated into the device that outperforms a mobile phone camera and has a dedicated scan button. 2) They are designed to be more durable. 3) These devices have removable batteries so you never need to take the device out of service to charge. 4) The accessories are purpose built for productivity 5) Last you get dedicated customer service from a team who understands your business needs and can utilize the library of business apps and settings a mobile computer can provide. If you'd like more information stop by our website and learn more how these types of solutions can be a right fit for your application/business. Thanks!
Unfortunately, that printer is not a good option for offices where a versatile printer is needed. It is better to opt for another manufacturer that provides drivers for different operating systems, such as Epson, for example. Zebra completely ignores Mac OSX users. It does not distribute Zebra Design or drivers with controllers with all the functions necessary for performance and to make a good print work.
Hi Nasim, unfortunately the ZM400 has been discontinued, but Zebra's ZT411 is a replacement with 300dpi options. Visit our site here for more information: www.barcodefactory.com/zebra/printers/zt411/zt41143-t010000z
Hi! Thanks for the question. Yes the TC22 has two imager options that both scan QR codes. There is a standard range imager, and an advanced range imager and they are both great scanners that are extremely fast, so you can just choose which option is right for your use case. I used to use an Epson ET-2550 ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

Hi, can you tell me on the Automation Manager triggers by status. Under the trigger status 'All triggers' on my system states 4, but under 'Running' it has 17. What drives the running field? Why does it have so many when I only have 4 actual triggers. Thanks Shirley
