Recycling karny walay jutun ko... Even broken plastic ko kisi stage pe nahn dhoya gaya ta k matti utar sakay....they should first clean the shoes from dust and dirt before recycling....otherwise recycling itself is a good process ...
I worked at an iron foundry when I was 18 and the process is basically the same. They would dump piles of hot parts caked in that silica sand for us to hammer the runners off and separate the parts (usually brake drums or rotors) and the scrap by hand. Swinging a sledge hammer 12 hours a day and coming home black from head to toe for minimum wage of $5.15 hr was my introduction to working for a living. Left that job to work at a brick factory hand palletizing cinder blocks for $6 hr. Good times.
