Σταύρο μου πώς είσαι; Πάει πολύς καιρός από τότε που δημοσίευσες ένα νέο βίντεο μαγειρικής. Μου αρέσουν οι συνταγές σου. Την προηγούμενη μέρα μαγείρεψα τη συνταγή γεμιστα και ήταν νόστιμη. Αυτή ήταν η πρώτη μου φορά που έφτιαξα το γεμιστα. Ανυπομονώ επίσης να μαγειρέψω αυτή τη συνταγή ρυζιού

I lived in Cyprus for two years, and Afelia was the very first authentic Cypriot food that I had, sat at a plastic table outside a Nicosia back street restaurant. It was served with baked Cypriot new potatoes and I was immediately hooked. That was in 1997, and my mouth is watering thinking about cooking it for myself.
