Nestled in the fertile, mountain valleys of Utah, Ballerina Farm is named after Hannah, a former Miss New York City and graduate of the Juilliard School of Dance. Daniel is a history major and now holds his MBA to help with the ever-growing business. Their children are wild, hardworking, and homeschooled by their mother as they learn to farm, rodeo, dance and grow barefoot and free.

I saw an Italian lady making dandelion green salad on RU-vid and I didn't know we could eat them. So now I have learned the dandelion flower is also good. That blueberry salt has antioxidants and the bee pollen keeps people healthy also. Good job Fran. ❤

Raw milk makes people sick every year. As wholesome as this looks, if she's not pasteurizing she's not serving her family well. It's only a matter of time until those bacteria catch up with her. "oh but what about those vital elements in raw milk that are killed by heat?" Yeah. They're called bacteria and they are not all good for you.
It brought back old memories of my childhood, when my father taught me to milk goats and cows, in the early morning I would get up to do it with my father and I loved drinking the warm, freshly milked milk.
