For the one who said Tenyi, no that archetype is not even meta, its cards are terrible and if they actually manage to create a Link-1 non-Effect monster that archetype is still bad. And Rush Duel now seems to suffer the same, the latest sets have only one Normal Monster and except from Legend ones which are likely to have support around them and high stats, no one plays non-Effect nowsaday
The people who wrote dragon ball super have no idea how to write comedy. A dub edit by FUNimation is as funny as this is gonna get. If Super ever returns (God forbid) FUNimation is gonna have allot of fun with black Frieza.
Super Broly is worse. Practically anything bad about resurrection of F is applicable to the Broly movie. I'll atleast give resurrection of F more credit for keeping Frieza's personality in check unlike the Broly movie. In Dragon Ball Super Hero (cringiest dragon ball movie title to date) thet straight up Bio Brolied Cell. Even the Bio Broly movie is better than that. The interaction of 18, Mr Satan, Goten and Trunks is actually funny and enjoyable to watch. I can't say the same for the super hero movie. Apparently dragon balls can be used to unlock your full potential. Why didn't Demon King Piccolo do this? Why didn't Piccolo Jr do it on Namek? Wht didn't he do it during the android arc? Since a potential Unleashed Piccolo is on some god level power. Instead of Goku getting super Saiyan orange by mixing god ki with his primal blood Piccolo gets the orange colour. I told y'all the next form would have beast in the title. I was right. Gohan Beast? That Dragon Ball Daimo is gonna be much much worse. It'll kill whatever intrigue the demon realm has left. I always wanted Dragon Ball GT to handle the demon realm. Goku, Uub and Majin Buu should have went their leaving Vegeta to protect the Earth and defeat both Baby and Super 17. Shadow Dragons should be a Goku thing to deal with since the series would go full circle. I miss dragon ball gt. It came out at the wrong time. If it came out in the early 2000's it would have been successfull as Dragon Ball Z meaning Toei could have kept it alive for atleast a decade
I don't think that me wanting it to be printed is predicting the future but I am glad it finally god printed and it got some neat effects. Not what I wanted exactly but it has partially the things I want from a new Earthbound Immortal. That it doesn't kill itself on summon and making other Earthbounds easier to summon. Also Red Nova Dragon being able to hit the field that easily is both a nice reference and gives it more oppurtunity to see play. Thanks for sharing this.
I still can't get over four months of training making a certain somebody a god level threat. If Frieza trained his whole life he would solo the entire verse. So much for god ki being all that when characters who don't got it close the gap with normal mortal ki in very little time. Congratulations for making Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Goten and Trunks into fodder. At this point I don't care what happens to dragon ball. I would give it to Disney and let them wreck it to piss off the fanboys
Don’t mind me, I’m subscribing for the Super slander. Nothing made me more angry than the constant retcons and fanboy excuses of this braindead franchise.
Yes fix Red-Eyes I don't care how, metal morph archetype be hype. Or make retrains and new cards around Atticus cards. I had ideas about metal morph but I was going to make work.more like mask change where the new Metal fos were extra deck monsters but I would allow it to summon the other metal monsters from the deck. I enjoyed this video
making extra deck versions might be the easiest and most consistent way to make these work. I am a 'boomer' and wanted to respect the old cards that existed, so I tried to reward players for using them and make easier to summon 'upgrades' of other monsters. I ended up a few cards too op. To be honest, just making an archetype that lets you consistent access to Metalmorph and some benefits that can compete with the first turns of modern yugioh would be enough. No new 'upgrades' or reliance of of Normal Monsters (like I did) necessary. Maybe better than the Magic Cylinder and Mirror Force support we got. Technically speaking this card is outclassed by Moon Mirror Shield when it comes to running over other monsters. I am glad you enjoyed the video tho.
The guy that made Dragon Ball Super Hero expressed interest in a Dragon Ball remake. I would love for a dragon ball remake but not with that guy or anybody who worked om s dragon ball product since Dragon Ball Kai. I thought it would be awesome to have a remake that sticks to the original continuity of dragon ball. But if they remake it we alk know they're gonna shoehorn Super and Minus every chance they get. The gut that did the art of the Broly movie needs to perfect his skills and try to mix that art style with 90's style dragon ball anime artworks. Atleast make it look like it belongs to the rest of dragon ball instead of the weird plastic lotion art style wr have nowadays. Jujutsu Kaisen (couldn't get pass episode 5) looks better than Dragon Ball Super. It's embarrassing
Not that I agree with you on this support for Neos/Neo-Spacians. I however prefer alternatives for them. NEX was a mistake. It's just more card filler for the deck you don't want for a fusion that does little more to nothing. For Neo-Spacians, they need a retrain/errata but with better effects. Rather than using NEX, Neo-Spacians should get a XYZ counterpart as an upgrade to themselves and they rank up in a similar way to Zoodiacs. It doesn't have to be fusions as I rather not have more fusions that pays respects to anime counterpart. You can still contact fusion with them with Elemental Hero Neos for a fusion summon. I personally prefer XYZ Neo-Spacians to have an effect to change their rank to the level equal to Neos so they can XYZ summon again. Chrysalis (Neo-Spacians) was also a mistake as they are just another card fillers that you don't want in the deck in the first place. If anything, Chrysalis should act as tokens to the field. In order to do that, Neo-Spacians should have an effect to let them special summon tokens to the field respectfully from their counterparts. The Fusion Monsters of Neos should get a retrain/errata with better effects as well. All of the duel fusions feel underwhelming. They need better effects as well as a floating to when they leave the field, (whether during player's End Phase or opponent's card effect) special summon the monsters used as materials back to the field. Same thing with Triple Contact Fusion Neos'. Chaos Neos is a useless monster that's based on gamble. Instead of that kind of gamble, the gamble effect should be as follows: Once per turn, draw a card from your deck and apply one of these effects. Spell - Raigeki with Marco Cosmos effect Trap - Feather Duster with Spell Speed 4 Monster - Card Destruction to opponent with no draw power. Once per turn, during the End Phase: Shuffle this card into the Extra Deck, and if you do, Monster Effects cannot be activated during opponent's turn.
Me personally, I want the archetype to be completed before it gets retrains. Chaos Neos sucks, but why do a retrain when other fusions don't exist yet and could technically have an effect worth using? Chrysalis suck but at least the archetype is 'complete'. I don't think we need more of them or make them 'better'.
I think Mirage Knight would be more than a hindrance than really fully take advantage of the support. That is why I feel a dedicated archetype and support is needed for them.
Believe it or not some decks back in the day were build around normal monsters “summon 3 normal monsters from your graveyard to the field” but with how bloated and power hungry the game has become nowa days it will NEVER be able to make a come back. It’s a shame they ruined their own game.
You may want to take a look at The Tenyi Archtype, they are some of the best cards to use in combination with non-effect monsters. They even have a field spell that not only makes all non-effect monsters on the field immune to monster effects but also allows you to draw two cards once per turn if your opponent special summons an effect monster while you control a non-effect monster. You can also summon Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon in a pinch with a card called fusion Armament by revealing a Dragon Master Knight from your extra deck.
Just out of curiosity do you plan on watching the new "anime" adaptation of Sand Land (other Toriyama work)? On another note I beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder a few days ago.
@@M3rtyville I think some people saying Wonder reimagined 2D Mario comes off as a bit of an exaggeration, but it definitely doesn't feel like the same old same old, like the past few 2D Mario games. The elephant transformation is the best new one in a long time, the bubble flower power up feels a bit pointless, basically a floating and less predictable version of the fire flower. The world map felt more freeing than the traditional 2D Mario, in general the castle for each map was accessible early on for each world, but it just required a certain number of wonder seeds to open, like let's just say world 2 has ten levels, well if you gather enough seeds by 2-5, you don't have to complete the rest of them, and this aspect adds an interesting element to the game, where it can feature incredibly difficult levels early on, since they aren't mandatory to reach the castle. At the same time some levels are so easy, they somewhat feel pointless, though I'm guessing these areas intended help less skillful players reach the later areas. Overall I'd definitely place wonder on the upper end of the 2D Mario games, in all fairness I have no nostalgia for the older games, so other people might rate them high than me.
