How come slivers just let those planewalkers stay alive? Could’ve taken both out. You were 24 life, with a not very threatening board state, ASIDE from the planewalkers. Made no sense to leave those blockers up.
Another mistake, not attacking right away the last time you casted BoneScythe. He would’ve died if he didn’t block, so it set you back a turn. Allowing all of those planeswalker shenanigans to go even further. Huge mistake.
Lol you guys didn’t use the box right… you’re supposed to draw THEN wheel. Notion thief/narset puzzle box results in the active player netting 0 cards in hand once triggs resolve…
It's not too clear when that Abrade targeting the Ethersworn Canonist was cast, around 22:23 mark. But if it was at Jared's end step, that would be an illegal cast, since it would be Kam's 2nd spell of the turn, after he cast Force of Negation in the same turn on Jared's Light of Promise. It may have been upkeep, response to Rebound trigger attempting to cast Recurring Insight, but its not clear if that's what's happening, since Kam still has a bunch of stuff tapped, when he casts Abrade.
I love Henzie, I play with Umori, the Collector as Companion. You HAVE to mulligan aggressively, though. If Henzie isn't in play on turn 3 or sooner you're doing something wrong. The Blitz mechanic will restock your hand.
This is an older video, but I just wanted to say there is actually more to the Titania combo. Using the loop from food chain, you actually sack the command beacon first, then Titania, as she sees the command beacon get sacked, you can make infinite 5/3 elementals as well loop her for the card draw. The combo is very good because even without the card draw being involved, you make infinite tokens.

The thing about Tovolar is that he is really good in a deck like this. In werewolf tribal he is still good but the deck becomes very casual as werewolves are meh. Every cEDH deck list I have seen runs like five other werewolves besides Tovolar. So, what I am saying, is that this isn't Tovolar being amazing. It is just a deck that is packed with powerful things. Every cEDH deck list I see only has 5-7 other werewolves. I just wanted to say this cause I wish they would make werewolves better and match their mechanics. Edit: My point was that you can do this with any Gruul commander so this doesn't actually showcase Tovolar at all. Before anyone yells at me, yes, I get it is cause he is three mana and draws cards.
