The only thing we should worry about is if we're getting Tij Iginla at the draft .. once Lord Stanley has been awarded, everyone will focus back on the teams issues
Not a chance. Conroy the player and management will have the same fate, will never get that close. They put him in as the sacrificial lamb cause the next 10 years are gonna be terrible based on the talent exodus and crappy contracts they put themselves in.
Sorry Calgary... he won't be around at 9. You'll have to trade up. He's the player I want the Habs to take at #5 and I'm starting to think that he won't even be there for Montreal.
There are so many good kids in this draft that I doubt he’ll go top 5 if the habs don’t take him. I also don’t think the habs will if demidov or lindstrom are available
He’s going to do well. Same profile as Caufield before he was drafted. Second season now and Caufield has rounded out his games and increased his assists.
If Tij is still available at 9 there's no way we don't take him. Everything is perfect. His dad is the greatest Flame of all time, he's worked his ass off to get here, and he is exactly the kind of player the Flames need. This is one of those times where the legacy truly seems to matter.
Is the young man falling anywhere near the Canucks spot this year? AN IGINLA??? Are you kidding me? Draft him for his character alone. His bloodline is awesomeness!!! What an impressive fellow. Draft that man!!!
So, my daughter graduated yesterday and during the ceremonies, I was going through the student list in the program and who do I see on the list? Tij Iginla...all year I didn't know he was going to my kid's school lol. I take full responsibility for not knowing :)
