Love to foundation piece. Would really like to see detailed instructions for measuring fabric pieces. I struggle with getting them to small. Any videos you know of that are out there,?
Great video - goes right to the tips, no chit chat or random comments! All your tips were really good for sewing with the thicker pleather/vinyl/cork material. Greatly appreciated!
I just started researching an embroidery machine as I want to embroider shoes and my hats and jeans! But I no longer can phsyically! Love your video. Its the first one I came across. Also gonna look into your machine too!
Love the close up of your stitching. Really helps us to see how the stitches are done. Also love your hands free hoop. What is the brand name and do you know where I might purchase one? Thank you.
I recently started to use DecoBob and I am so impressed! My embroidery and sewing machine really loves this stuff ❤️🩷 No more broken thread and bobbin problems. So glad I found your channel and site to get this fabulous product 👏👏👏
It makes a big difference when you don't have to worry about your bobbin thread breaking so we're so glad to hear DecoBob has helped out with that! Thanks so much for following along with the channel, we're glad to have you ☺
The best needle I've found for big stitch is Tulip sashiko big eye straight, thin size. I typically use 12 weight, and threading is not difficult. They are expensive, but Tulip needles are great.
👏👏 I totally agree with you that hand work, or even machine quilting ... just me and my machine... the hours melt away in the quiet. We need to unplug more from the overstimulated world. 😊
I use 8 wt perle cotton …I’m doing the stitching … I want my efforts to show. At the same time, on different days, I’m having fun with EPP … different thread .. different techniques. All is good! 🧵
Hi there. Love your videos, and your thread. I have one strange question to your spagetti or Frutti cotton thread. I wonder if your cotton thread is "curlable"? With that I mean if I would take a scissors to it (like with gift ribbon) would it curl? I have this very cute embroidery file where I have to stitch long strands of hair, which I would like or need to curl. I already send an email to your customer support with this question but never heard back.
I have searched high and low for more information about 12 weight thread. I found your video and have flounder it the most informative on how it’s made to best way to use.it. Thanks so much for your ideas.
I would like to know about the pattern for the cross stitch that used perle cotton on the 14ct. Aida and the W in the center, just loved all those bright colors and that design.
Hi Stephanie, First of all would like to thank you and to let you know that I am so so so happy that your first video" " Stitching with Stephanie" show up on my RU-vid list. I have checked out WonderFil website and am hoping to get the "block of the month" but not able to find the block I was looking for. Do I have to purchase the whole bundle or is there option to buy the ones I like the most. Thank you and keep rolling and loading. :)
Thanks for this podcast … I’m enjoying learning new skills… have been quilting for a long time … now learning how to do EPP and loving Decobobs for my stitching. Today I used a Decobobbin in my sewing machine … not sure how it would work with my Aurifil 50 wt top thread .. I ‘worried’ that it would be a problem with the tension on my Babylock. Great result! I’m 80 as of my birthday … I’m looking for 20 more years on the planet … time to learn more sewing and stitching skills. Thanks! Anne
Beautiful way to ensure her collection of memories are appreciated. Minute hand stitching will also keep the doily details from being harmed/damaged from rough handling . Lovely video. Thank you for sharing ❤
