I'm unsure of any usual nicknames for the individual Collosi themselves, rather than the Fan names listed in the wiki, etc... & referencing it as 'Tiger' when there's 2? others that could be callled the same.... just seems more serpentine or 'wyrm-like'
@@_Star_Titan_ I always thought of it as a snake, not to mention Celosia is actually based on a lion while it seems more like a bull to me same with Phaedra always thought it's inspired by a chicken but it's appearantly an horse.
Back in the day, there's no game as advance looking (graphically) as SOTC... I'ts the small details that made me think hideo kojima have an influence on this but i'm wrong. Damn, i wish these game could've been revived with all of the cut colossi revoked as a dlc instead...it would've been great... Still hoping that would happen on the games anniv
If I remember correctly there's a 'behind the scenes' video showing what I believe were the "Art Director?' & 'The Head Programmer?' essentially arguing that what the 'Art Director?' wanted " "was simply not capable on a PS2". That in order to have a consistent framerate, while fighting, the player making random inputs, etc some of the Visuals had to be significantly reduced", as well as later on entire Collosi themselves removed. (I know fighting Gaius on several occasions that while the distant trees are a wonderful sight they are probably a good reason for alot of framedrops...I mean it's beautiful, but I'm kind of eating dirt here so.....)
@@_Star_Titan_ are they planning on adding some downloadable content in the future, I mean it's already a couple of console gens have gone by now.... I think they have the tools needed to pursue that impossible back then, I mean look at spiderman

I'm nowhere near as knowledgeable as probably a good portion of their community, as well as their experience & Content for this game specifically goes back over a decade
I believe the Mod has been changed some since the recording of this video, but it still seems to be being promoted by the algorithm, so to provide clarification... - From the Pixelmon Wiki - It evolves into Sliggoo at level 40 during rain (changed - had to be Raining & Night), or Hisuian Sliggoo at level 40 during a thunderstorm - (this is new). Sliggoo evolves into Goodra at level 50. Hope this helps
When I first played this on PS2, this is the most frightening boss fight I've encountered, the entire fight and the game over screen haunted me for weeks
I played this a month ago on a ps3 emu and it was still mind blowing for me . I didn't anticipate how organic it felt to just jump and grab. For a lot of games it'd be a qte or a cutscene and the whole thing would play itself. It might look cool but you don't feel the same sense of dread and adventure. Here precisely because you can fail easily is why it feels so good when you don't
It's definitely a category all it's own, especially for the time & limitations of hardware, hopefully in the future we'll see more games that appreciate this type of combat & strategy.
just to save a re-upload for a 5 sec clip at the end, I found the Last ( 24/24 ) in the Barn in the Center of your Test Drive Area, for some reason it didn't trigger until I used a Phoenix ( AoE Blast, so a cannon would do the same ) & for clarification it is INSIDE the BARN, next to the car's trunk..... shoved up in there

For clarification the recipe is much the same but with the removal of the 'Poke-Anvil' as well as other various bits & pieces the 'Aluminum Plates' shown no longer need to be crafted & are now just the regular Aluminum ingots/bar.
Well in my experiences it would actually disappear on a relog when all my other 'mons had been stored in a PC or I withdrew a full party, the withdrawn pokemon replacing the MissingNo (use a trash 'mon just in case). It may depend on your current version (Pixelmon as well as Minecraft) install, there may also be a new bug (this was an older version on a Multiplayer Server), so there are many dependencies. I honestly haven't played much because of the conflicts between Pixelmon + Xaero MM + Optifine * Various Random Mods = 🥲, as well as my own technical difficulties.... You might want to try the Complex Pixelmon Discord and see if a volunteer may be able to assist you if it persists, in my own experience they were usually more than happy to help people even with their own personal SMP Worlds & Installation conflicts, etc....
Spatial awareness of the arena is paramount, I'm not ashamed to admit I tried just riding Agro around the arena a bit before triggering the boss. Appreciate you enduring my early attempts
Just a note for others that may come later - if you spawn into the lobby and dont have a 'Grapple' don't worry it seems to be a rare bug, just relog and log back on and it should pop up in your bar, had it happen to me and another player so.....
To those that may follow - Apparently This Quest 'Moment of Truth' as well as 'Triangulate This' seem to have an issue Spawning the enemy NPCs needed to complete the quest, thus essentially Soft-locking the player. (Rando-Rant) it also seems that Gaijin themselves have seemed to choose to either not fix it for the time being (which is becoming over a month as of this post) or MAY (I have no private affiliation or information) be planning to fix it in an 'Upcoming Balance Changes' update, (Just me spitballing seems a likely scenario if rebalancing so many weapons,armor, etc..) and thus have simply left it until the changes are made & then seeing if the NPCs need rebalanced themselves (End-Rant) Just wished to make note that 'Triangulate This' is also broken for anyone else thinking to try that route.
If you're sure you've placed All Turrets.... no not really. I know on one occasion on the "Junkyard" mission i had all NPCs spawn at the Rock Arch before you even see the Junkyard, including the Boss.... was not a good experience, especially since my OBS was not running at the time... It seems someone else experienced the same trouble, may be a server error.
I honestly wouldn't know, didn't get very far myself... I just like to showcase new translation mods, so that they get a little more attention & help the modders know their efforts are appreciated.
@@_Star_Titan_ That's nice actually, btw the farthest I've got in this game is level 2, Zagreb, I've captured it, I also captured the opponent's spawn point and exited with my troops, basically I fulfilled all the victory conditions and still the battIe ended in a draw, what level did you reach?
Not much further than the video shows to be honest, not really my type of game, the difficulty seemed a little too much for me. I just thought this kind of game is actually hard to find as well as others 'such as yourself' may enjoy it, so...
@@_Star_Titan_ Well it's not really that hard, actually you can have the cpu do all the commands but occassionally you will have to do some things yourself as cpu makes mistakes here and there. But still someone has to explain why the battIe is not won after capturing cities and Iink bases. I hope someone reads this comment and elaborates.
just a clarification for some of my viewers - this was one of my earliest recording & submissions, thus the lack of any real description & links etc, using an early version of 'PCSX2' & OBS, with no real knowledge of the Game or Emulation or even recording + editing, submitting.... 🥴 never expected 500 much *scrolls* over 7K! 😳 TY! , but regardless this IS NOT representative of what a ' TRUE PS2 ' with actual Capture Hardware * MAY * produce, nor would the current emulator & OBS necessarily be the same today 'PCSX2' has had massive improvements, 'Many Thanks to them!' & OBS itself has had several updates 'Learn to Love to hate it', Appreciate Everyone
