I went inside an unlocked mausoleum once to do some photography. It was smaller but more ornate. I was just glad that no one thought that I was a vandal or up to something besides taking pictures. Wish I'd had a video camera back then.

You put some kind of Kefir grain in it with either cow milk or goat milk for about 24 hours... then stir and strain but don't quote me on it.

I had to ask Mr. Google about the word "decant," but now I like that idea. I'll give it a try. You don't actually drink the watery stuff on top, do you?

how about pouring some water or milk into the empty container,shake it/swirl it around, then drink or decant the liquid. I find that you can get virtually all the kefir out that way.
