What do u think abt Normotim? The drug increases stress resistance, improves psycho-emotional state, corrects mild anxiety-depressive states, reduces anxiety, works effectively without side effects.
Please if you come to Wyoming leave your cultural ideas at the state line. We in Wyoming are very conservative, just ask Lynn Cheney, and really don’t care to change. Most people here carry guns and oppose Liberal thoughts when it comes to the NRA. Our winters can be brutal which has a way of thinning the here, so to speak. But if you decide to move here don’t, and I mean don’t, speak badly of our state.
Something seems real amiss here. How can Burlington have a median home price of $458,000 and a median household income of $55,000? The mortgage rate for a $458,000 house with say $100k down, or $358k at today's interest rates of let's say %6 is a monthly payment of $2571 which is half the median income BEFORE taxes. And who making $55k/year can afford to pay $1900/month rent? I must be missing something...
It is undoubtedly a beautiful place but it is loaded with hidden costs. Next door, New Hampshire, doesn't have a capital gains tax although their land taxes are out of this world.
There are no affordable areas on any Hawaiian islands. Everything has to be imported. So the prices are high. Even many natives have moved to the main land.
We moved to Cody from out of state. We like our new life in the small town. Taxes are relatively low, crime rates are low, and a homeless person is a rarity. There's an Albertsons, Wal Mart (voted #1 in the nation, btw), Cody Museum, and a world-class recreation center. There are quite a few restaurants in town, and a couple are good.
Surprised Oregon isn’t on that list & Colorado is! Coloradans are WAY BETTER PEOPLE than Oregonians! I’m from Oregon. UNFORTUNATELY! They would want to move out because of how expensive their cost of living is. Well! Expensive or Not! I’d rather live somewhere where it is expensive & has lesser rainy days than live in Hell Hole Oregon where they get ongoing rain more days nearly every year. Wouldn’t be intended to live in Idaho either! But between the 2! I’d by far take Idaho over Oregon. At least Idaho is more caring than Oregon ever will!
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes...
@@Elliot-Ivan The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
My family is moving to N.C. from Korea because we have a job at Duke Univ. I have found three cities arounf Duke Univ. and still do not decide which city is the best to live among Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill. If any Korean living there, please recommend one.
You’re kidding me with the cities that you list. Most of which I would not want to walk in the day time let alone at night. You should look at cities like Oxford, Ocean Springs, Madison and Bay Saint Louis.
Dont move to Wyoming. We talk slow and dont say anything and out photography and editing are dull too. No one wants to put a business here either. There are a few reasons why Colorado it the shit and Whyoming is the shit too - but they are different. LOL
Lived in Wyoming for a year. It's cold all year. It snowed in May. There is nothing there except endless fields, mountains, antelope, and prairie dogs.
There's someplace affordable in Hawaii?!? Cost of living is quite high which are not revealed in this video. How would I know? I guess living here for 61 years gave me a few clues. Oh, pronunciation of local names might need more practice for the reader.
Allow me to fix the narration of the AI for you all. -Wilmington is an overly priced trash heap where folks are slammed right on top of each other. The Paywages don't match up to the cost of living. Wilmington is a clutter mess traffic wise where you get to see the poor town vibes roaming the streets daily. You've got the rich people side then the poor people side and they make it known. They're currently building apartments and homes every day for more people to stream in regardless of wether or not their is actual room for them. The only thing it embraces is milking money from the less fortunate. Whilst there are several beaches. None of them are pristine as they're always full of entitled rich folk energy and ignorant college students. Both are equally as lazy and entitled and refuse to do simple things such as use a turning signal when driving. You're better off living off grid somewhere or away from Wilmington. The myth that there is great paying jobs, yes there is just like anywhere else if you qualify for them. Want to enjoy peaceful, easier living go anywhere but Wilmington. My rent alone was raised 650 dollars immediately after the covid speel died down. They're still finding more and more ways to add to the rent here for places thay have been fixed by band aid after band aid. You want to fill the corrupt governor or the governments pockets or one of the slum lords that will overly price your apartment or home whilst all the bandaids start falling apart. Choose Wilmington. Such a great place to vacation to, not live. I grew up here and have watched it all 360. Don't be fooled by the fake advertisement videos spoken through Bots. You've been informed. 🍻 Hope the truth sets you free. If you choose to live in an apartment out here. Enjoy the roaches that will share your living space rent free. 😂
I've been in Jackson Hole in 1990 and watched the rodeo games there. The western type of settlement and the people of thw Jackson Hole, I've liked very much.
