how much would it cost you to build one of these couple with high turbo airflow? if i had a cost estimate i might purchase one from you for use in extreme science related to computers
hey man thats a great engine buddy. i really need your help...i have the tools skills (junior aircraft mechanic) and the money. in fact. ive built it already. its based on a mitsubishi t06-14a turbocharger, and my combustor is 4 inches ID and flametube is 3 inches ID...propane fueled..cant get it to acelerate or self sustain...played with oil pressure and throttle (ballvalve) position...it basically just spins cuz of the leaf blower...if i take the blower away rpm drop and lots of flames out bac
The Mexicans are incorporating this into their mobile desert assault drug armies. The Jem 'Hadar too. The Klingons are on the fence about it, the want a tank version.
This is definitely a Mark 3 160cc engine. The last dual-main -bearing engine Victa made, as far as I know. Looks a bit odd with the Weed Eater fuel tank on top of it.
Runs great and sound good. I had a power mac 6 chainsaw to motorized my bike it was 32cc. Now I have a 31cc weedeater kit I made seems to pull good. Has some part's that went bad after I did the build. It's and Echo best engine to use dawn pull start and ignition coil are bad I made it pedal start. I'll just need to get the ignition coil $40 -- $60 for the starter but it's a great running engine I'll post a vid. I have vid's check out my bike thanks Bob.
Excellent !!! E-Mail me whenever you have any questions. I have built a couple, since 1995 and still work with turbochargers today. Good luck friend :)
