I couldn't make out what you said the side spindle was for, the one you don't have blades on. Thanks. Also, do you know where a manual for this machine can be found? I have one, but no manual. Thanks again!

Hey, do you have any idea why the 240-volt outlet is giving you 312 volts? I have this same generator that does the same thing. The 120-volt outlet reads 140 volts, and the 240 reads 280 volts. I'm worried about connecting my well pump to it because I don't know if it will get damaged.
I've been in a forty footer with an 65-70 winch motor in my basket. Tons of tools. Was suppose to be a 15 minute things where i just went up and helped somebody who was on another boom loosen some hardware and plug up some electrical. Turned into five hours about 30 trips up and down too. Fricken terrifying.
I took one of these apart that no longer produced power and fit it into my Case 446 tractor. It runs better than new with the P218 instead of the B43 engine. 16 to 18HP. It was going to be scrapped and I paid $60 for it.
Cummins treats their employees like SHIT, see Glassdoor...SAD. Bad reputation these days. They were great long ago but nowhere near that now despite their marketing propaganda in an opinion.
