I like the view and open windows in the second condo but the last one was the best cause I really enjoy the pool and fitness center. Does it also have a sauna as well? Plus it’s close to the mall or market as well. I definitely will be give paeng a chance to find me a place to stay once I get to Chiang Mai. She is a very sweet & bubbly young lady.

I had a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom 4 bath house 300sq m house in Thailand for under $600. I xill custom build something 200 sq m likely in Hua Hin
Nice, informative video Simon! Could something like this be rented on a month by month basis? or would you be tied down to a 6month contract? + can you say how much the deposit would be?
I was really excited when I saw the price of this condo unit in the heading. $370 = about 13,000 baht. Wow! And then Miss Lisa told us it was 25,000 baht, which is around $700. Would love to see a one-bed unit in your next video.
