One thing l failed to understand that your system of recruitment - hire and fire - based on measuring the capability alone. Firstly, you should have recruited an efficient HR Director to hunt appropriate personnel suitable to your industrial growth. Your criteria of appointing highly qualified hands and making them exit after 3 months probation is not at all good business practice. As the interviewer said one needs to monitor the integrity of personnel than the capability and performance. Highly qualified person can easily learn and adopt methods to become an expert and an asset in the ongoing process. You failed to give them enough time to exhibit their expertise. First of all , belongingness is the most important quality required for employees. It's unethical to play with the careers of newly recruited highly educated employees. This approach of your selection and dismissal do not sound good for a great businessman like you. Please leave the recruitment and it's process to some expert hands. This would add glory to your existing business prospects
