C'est toujours un immense plaisir de vous écouter. Quelle délicatesse ! Très bel échange entre le chant et le piano. Grand merci. Vous tirez de très belles sonorités du piano Erard modèle 1.
You have earned yourself a subscriber. I don't hand this out often, but you are one of the greats on youtube. You are the kind that interpretations so rich and so well thought-out and original that some won't like them because they don't fit their views of conformity, but I tell you that you truly have the spark in divine revelation when it comes to music. Your interpretations are stunning, historically styled, musically, improvisatory, and on period instruments. I am getting my Master's Degree in Fortepiano Performance, and my Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in it as well. I would love to collaborate and play Schubert Four-Hand piano works one day!
Expressing and releasing pain and suffering caused by degenerated human relationships...music indeed does that. And music can also be the most striking proof, the most eloquent demonstration of a perfect, ineffable harmony between human beings, when you witness five people sharing breath in the same poetic space, binding their soul into one, trading pointless ego for careful attention, for the selfless desire to inspire each other, trying to grasp the same meaningful beauty... Could this infect the whole world ? Sadly, I doubt I will ever see something like that. Moments like this are as ancient as humanity... Is it enough to keep hoping, to keep trying ? Well, so far it is :) That was a truly magnificent concert, it was nice to offer it to everybody. Thank you so much !
My favorite prelude, and the first thing I heard her play... and yes, the latter explains the former :) This is just how heart and brain work, or at least mine. Why would you need a better reason to love something ? Stay gold...
