@@ColoradoAdventureChannel thank you for the response man, really appreciate it. Should i aim to getting a size 150 or 152 size board? still new to this stuff hehe
ok so its basically 2 controllers that work together.. I worked on an Ariel Rider Grizzly. I had to replace the controllers.. it was a two controller 2 wheel drive system.. so I guessing you will need a 2 controller system that works together or 2 totally differnet set ups , each controller for each motor. that might require 2 display screens etc.. but that wouldnt stop me either way. if you have an email Ill send you a pic of that set up on the ariel Grizzly. my email is coloradoadventurechannel@gmail.com
I lived in Morristown, Tennessee for a short time between 1999-2000. It’s actually kind of embarrassing to admit now, but my dad fixed up an old greyhound bus and we drove it down there and lived in that damn bus at Panther Creek State Park so my stepmother could attend Carson Newman Christian college, and my dad ended up being the camp host for the duration of the time that we were staying there.
@@jcolt84 that is freaking awesome. That area is suoer cool near panther creek. I use to hunt up that way and have a couple of dear friends from there. I spent a coupe summers at a campground in Florida as a kid. In an old camper my grandparents bought
@@ColoradoAdventureChannel it's funny that you mention visiting a campground in Florida when you were growing up, because later on in my fathers life he ended up moving to a park in Northern Florida where he lived and played music for a living. I believe the park was called m the Spirit of the Suwannee music Park. Its located right on the Suwannee River and every year they have a handful of music festivals where dozens of famous bluegrass, reggae, and jam bands perform over the 3 or 4 days that the festival takes place. Sorry to ramble, but while I realize the odds are extremely slim that it's the same park that you visited growing up, I was immediately curious to know if somehow that's the same park that you remember visiting when you were growing up?
@@jcolt84 The one my grandparents lived at for 2 years while they waited on their home to be built.. Ill never forget.. just West of Flagler Beach called Bulow Campground..
That is just a beautiful looking machine. I actually have a stand up e scooter from turboant that goes 20mph and 25mi range. I was recently in a hit n run so im looking for something a bit bigger and safer to ride to and from work. This looks right up my alley.
I'm into the Ariel Rider Grizzlies, have 4. I hope they are around for many years. It's unfortunate what happened to Juiced. I like your take on it though.
Hey brothethats impressive.. I put a new controller in my neighbors grizzly.. what a monster of a bike super fun.. I think Juiced tanked with not reaching out to reviewers and got entirely to big for their britches possibly not enough coming in to keep the roof on basically/
Its 5% of your total order and ill glady answer any questions and make sure you are satisfied even after the sale.. I actually care about my Goat tribe
I wanted this bad but PA us funny style when it comes to scooters. They dont allow them period. Plates and insurance dont matter. So to stay legal i got the motor goat. Arrives tomorrow
great job. ... hey let us know if you end up getting setup with Tapia. I'm looking to get a quote from them and Saul seats. but need the seat bolt dimentions, or to send in the seat. maybe you've already got tapia the deminsions /specs for the new custom seat.
@@electrified314 vee huntsman tires, new stem and bars. bmx style and pedals too.. took of the fenders, made it a single speed and installed tat battery that is huge are the basics though
hey Chris. thanks for the vids on this bike. surpising there arent more youtubers doing vids on these. ......... i just got a power goat also . finally got the suspension dialed in. it was super rough at first. but much better now. .... QUestion: what upgrades have you done? looks like you have different handlebars, ... any suspension or mods you have done yet? .. cheers
Hey brother man. Thank you so much. I've done hadjebars, stem, pedals, tires, removed multi-year to single speed, removed front turn signals, removed fenders. It's so fun now.
@@ColoradoAdventureChannel Very Cool! ... I would appreciate a tour of your bike's upgrades and any info, vids, or images you can share on these. ... cheers
Somebody just bought them for 1.2 million dollars. I knew someone would. I don't know if the paid for e bikes that were paid for and never shipped out for 3 months , are going to have them shipped soon. I sure hope so, o wouldn't be happy. When I buy an ebike I want it soon, very soon. No pre-orders ever, I'm not waiting with even a thousand on my CC. In stock or I'm not buying. Lectric didn't charge my CC until my 2 ebikes we're shipped. Pure class on their part. They're way better than I would have imagined them to be. I'm totally happy to be a part of the Lectric XP Lite family. I'm so happy with mine, I'll probably buy one more city bike style ebike soon. I love my 3 ebikes, that's how I travel for now. I always have an extra ebike to ride that cost pennies to drive.
@ColoradoAdventureChannel On further research, it looks like ebike sales are way down after the sickness went away. I wouldn't have thought that. Winter is coming soon, I think that's part of it. Thanks, ride safe.
The VeeTireCo. Huntsman 20"x4". Definitely lose some torque and top end, minimal, but I notice. It's about to start snowing up here soon and the weight alone needed something beefier, let alone I definitely don't need a flat with a 180lb Ebke lol
Great video! Couple of questions for you. So if you don't mount the stock battery (cut the seat, etc), then it just goes unused? Also, do you think the extra weight will hurt your speed? I'm looking to buy the power goat before year end, and your videos are super helpful! Thanks!
Far as affecting speed. Yes the weight does initially some on my test ride, but the smoothness and just pure power in mid range is incredible. I'll do an initial review and then a range test. Stay tuned
Its so big and black... yeah man.. Im thinking eagle passing the Lazy J Ranch,, where to eat lunch will be another decision. maybe go visit Jeff and the gang at Moe's?
@@ColoradoAdventureChannel That's perfect. Haven't been to Lazy J Ranch in such a long time. Used to go skeet shooting there. Wish the Wolcott Yacht Club was still open. Miss that place.
There is zero way to regulate them, so long as police have no way to test them a 1000watt and 4000w motor look the same with decals removed and an unknowing law enforcement officer inspecting
I was in the middle of a warranty claim for my riptacer. The bike wouldn't turn on. They sent me a new display, new controller and refurbished my battery. When i went to clip the battery into place it made a pop sound and then started to smoke. When i got ahold of my service rep Michelle she said they'd send out a new battery, 4in1 cable and xt60 connector. That was over a month ago. Haven't heard from them since. Very sad. Looked on ebay for the parts and nothing even close. Feel bad for Michelle. She was nice
that really sux I loved my rip racer.. get a Ghostcat I just ordered one.. Ill have a discount code: Colorado They are the best of the best. family owned and operated customer service and parts.. my friends reviewed their bikes and told me they are great for the industry.. sold me
Seven bikes from this company since 2018 when I started riding I just put 15,000 miles on my ripcurrent s, 44,000, miles overall I'm starting to have my first problems though with battery connector cables and ports melting
@@hokekeller14 Haha, thanks! Got my first bike in 2018. I don't even want to work anymore. I just want to ride... I do about 50 mi everyday. Used to be 60 but that's a little hard on the body. I would not be doing this on a regular bike
