I Review Tarot & Oracle Decks, I have over 350 decks in my Collection so far and I keep adding more every week . If you are thinking about buying a Deck but you are not sure if it will be a Fit for you? Then you have come to the Right Place! I am sponsored by no one and I do not receive any money for the videos I make, I am a deck collector and have over 350 decks that I have purchased on my own just for the love of the cards. All reviews are based on my own experience with the decks and are totally personal opinions, with me you will get my honest opinion. My mission is to make tarot fun and at the same time give the viewers all the information they need before purchasing a new Deck weather it would be a Tarot or an Oracle Deck. If you are obsessed about tarot and oracle decks and can’t stop collecting them?? Welcome to my channel, I think you and I will have lots of Fun together.
I appreciate your honest opinion! Some of the decks you selected for your "regrettable purchases" were on my wish list; thank you for helping me stay within my budget. Off my wish list they go...
This was great! I am not a Patrick Valenzia fan, not my art style. I have the Mildred Payne oracle deck and like that one, but none of his tarot decks. Regarding some of the gushing over decks that it seems everyone does, I wonder sometimes if they are gushing over them because 1. The decks were given for free to give a review, and 2. The creator is well known or a friend of the reviewer. Maybe people are afraid to give a bad review, or no review. I've never heard or seen the Tarot Nuages before. One deck that I don't like that it seems everyone likes is Light Seers. The mini deck read better for me than the full size, but I still rarely use it. I think it is geared more for young people. I'm 62 and couldn't relate to the images. I don't hate it, I just don't get what everyone sees in it.
OMG, i just came across with your video, after finishing creating a video of my worst decks hahaha😂😂😂 it’s still uploading, and I only did it in Spanish, I’m glad that I’m not the only one that complains of her decks hahah. I might do a VR in English for this video! 😊 thanks for sharing your thoughts!!
It happened to me when I purchased tarot of the Vampyres, I was so excited. and it was soo awful 😞 I just wanted to connect with that deck but no! I just couldn’t. The images were not appealing and the energy was not right. I just ended re homing the deck.
@@MysticRob82 I’ve only gotten my first deck this past February, so I’m really new to tarot. It’s been a fascinating journey, so far, especially learning the true history of tarot.

Hey there…. The il menenghello decks are absolutely wonderful… I made a video of all my il menenghello decks it’s posted on the channel in case you are interested…thank you for watching.
I LOVED this video SO much, dear Rob! Thank you for featuring these 5 very special decks! Yes! I'm like you totally in love with a great number of Historic Tarots with Giordano Berti's being among my most favourites!
Hey there, I am happy to hear there is people that still love the historical decks as I am always seeing many videos on the new decks and very few on the historical ones and that is exactly why I wanted to make this video. If you look in the channel you will find another video I did on my il menenghello collection which is really enjoy…. Thank you for watching and for sharing.☺️
@@MysticRob82 yes! I’m all about the historic decks too! And we are so fortunate to have access to those! In fact, I see Giordano Berti as my teacher and interviewed him twice on my channel. And you’re so right! Il Meneghello’s decks are so wonderful and are a must! 🙏💛

Excellent video. Clear, concise and to the point! Thank you for sharing your frame of reference for each of the Tarot cards. I've learned many new interpretations from watching your video...👍👍👍.
Rob, I just want to say thank you for all of your videos! They’ve taught me a lot about appreciation for just how lucky we are to have so many wonderful decks to help our spiritual life! And you just have such a great personality and I love your insights into everything! So seriously: thank you so much for being out there and letting us into your thoughts for a bit. And also: I’ve also shopped with Louise from CrystalHavenUK, where you get these bags, and I agree that her work is amazing.
Hey there…. I like your really thank you for your kind words, they really help me continue doing what I really enjoy making videos for the community and sharing all of my decks.. Louise’s bags are really amazing I agree with you 💯 percent… thank you again and I hope to keep hearing from you!!
Hi, what a great review and collection. Like you , the Universal Tarot is tops, and agree that the Thoth deck is captivating. Thank you for all that you shared.
Hello how are you? MY favorite one is Tarocchi di Bacchus and Universal Tarot. I wish i can have them also but is not easy to find. I will do my research better next time. Thank you for a wonderful video. See u later
Hey there….You can find both decks by lo scarabeo website and depending where you are in the world they will ship to you… Thank you for watching and for stoping by.
Rob you'll have to get the actual thoth guidebooks. There are a few that are useless the 3 part set by Marcus katz excellent. Understanding Aleister crowley thothntarot by duquette is best for beginners !!! And OTO stands for ordo templis orientis
Hey there….thank you soo much for the very helpful tip…. I will order the book. I am so glad you clarified the meaning of OTO. One of the reasons why I love posting videos on RU-vid is cause I get so much helpful information like this. 🤗
Thank you for this fun video. I don't use giant sized decks as I'm getting old, and my arthritis and chronic pain prevent me from being able to handle them well. My favorite you showed has to be the plaid backs, with the Tarocchi de Bacchus coming in 2nd. (That deck was great! 😂) I have a large sized Thoth but haven't worked with Thoth, so would need to spend some time with it. I have a regular sized Marseilles, Pitisci's version, and reg. sized Spanish tarot by Fournier. Those are the only ones I need for pip decks. Thank you so much! 😊✌️❤️🃏
Great video! Very helpful! The Universal Tarot by Lo Scarabeo is gorgeous, also the classic tarot deck by U.S.Games on 2nd place. I definitely want to have them.🎉Thank you Rob❤
The Marseille deck you showed there is the best Marseille version ever...!!! The colors, very faithful to the original Conver except by the light blue colors that has been under the disastrous Jodorowsky's influence. The characters' glances, with those eyes expression so clear, believe me, it is the best. There is a standard size and a mini version of this one by Lo Scarabeo as well. It is called "Tarot of Marseille " by Mattia Ottolini based on Nicolas Conver art with texts of Anna María Morsussi. I have the Universal Tarot by De Angelis in all their sizes and different colorations, from golden to transparent. This professional one was the first I bought some years ago. The AGM has a standard size version too. The colors are the most faithful to the origina 1909l from Pamela. The yellow box by US Games is not so faithful to the original because it has lighter the blue colors to make it more "brilliant", and it has a standard version as well, that was printed by first time in 1971.
Hello, I am happy to hear that the presentation was of your liking. The oracle of portals is a very interesting deck and I enjoy working with it very much! Thank you for watching.
Another beautiful deck! I do love this old world style. I have ancestors from Piemontesi area of Italy, and from Seville Spain. I just learned that decks from Spain do not have the batons & swords that intersect! I love learning about different types of decks. I was looking up the decks that have 46 or 48 playing cards instead of 52. They are used for certain card games from each region and for cartomancy. I just wanted to share that fun fact. 😄 Peace!
Thank you for sharing your first impressions from this wonderful Marseille tarot deck. I found your channel last night and i love your videos! You are great! Thank you for making content for us! Greetings from Bulgaria. ❤
@@MysticRob82 you have made me fall in love with all these decks. Unfortunately, sadly I can't afford them but so well worth every penny. I'd give all my decks up just to have those. Love them. Now I need a second job to pay for them lol.
Hey there…. No one is totally beautiful I love it… but to be honest it was hard to pick a number one they are all beautiful in their own right. No 2 is an Il Meneghello deck and if you are not familiar with them or if you don’t have one of their decks then you are in for a surprise indeed up experience when you finally decide to get one of their decks….. thank you for watching and for sharing. 😊
Beautiful decks! What website did you find the Piemontesi deck? My father's family is from Piemontesi area of Italy, and I would love that deck! I love the older, traditional style decks. Mitelli deck is absolutely GORGEOUS! I have a deck called Soprafino Dellaroca by DaBrigh. It isn't as beautiful as your Soprafino, but it was affordable for me. I have the Visconte Madrone from Lo Scarabeo, also! We must have the same tastes, lol! The cards are huge, though. If I had known there was a smaller version, I would have purchased that one. I found my deck on sale, and then it got here, one corner of the box was crunched a bit, but I use it for looking at, and seeing what tarot was back then. Could you add the links to the other decks to the description? There weren't any. Thank you so much for this fun video!
Longing for the decks and wishing I owned them , for me, was more fun than actually owning them ots weird. I acquired an inheritance this summer and bought every decknon my wishlist I've had for 6 years. Now I'm wanting to sell everytjingnoff hahahaha
@shelbygivens1648 hey there…. Well that is a wonderful way to spend money! I love decks and collecting them is one of my favorite pass times….. thank you for watching and I would love to know which decks you have….
Hey there…. It sounds to me like we have alike taste when it comes to tarot decks… the Mitellinis absolutely wonderful and beautiful it was actually very hard to de use between my number one deck and my number two…. I have added the links to the description box and as always I thank you for watching and sharing!
@@MysticalMisty_1 hello there!! You are welcome. I am glad you have enjoyed the video and yes…. This Decks are all special in their own right…. Thank you for stopping by and sharing.🤗
Hello how are you? Thank you for your wonderful video .I am new beginning with tarot and i understand much better than before, I love tarot deck and orcale cards, thank you again
Hey there!! I am so happy the video was able to help you, that is the reason I make the videos to help any one that is looking 👀…. Thank you for stopping by and for sharing!!
Hi Rob, thank you for your content. Can we please stop failing to acknowledge the, arguably, most influential person in the creating of this deck - ie Pamela Coleman-Smith - though? It makes absolutely no sense to leave her out. You say that the deck was made 'under the direction of Waite' but we know he pretty much left her to it with the minors as he didn't consider them significant. So many of the cards we know and love are purely her work. 'Waite-Smith' is a far more appropriate name if we're going to cut anyone out of the name, or alternativey 'Rider-Waite-Smith'. Thank you :)
Hello, it was not my intention to cut Pamela Colam Smith out, she is one of the most important figures in the Tarot realm🫶🏻. I am just trying to make the videos not to be so long and I thought I would give the cards a bit more time….. I will next time I make an RWS video will read a bit more about her! Thank you for stoping by and for sharing. Have a wonderful Sunday!😊
Hello again, I will make a short video that will cover more the history of the deck and Taro and there you will find more specific information about the Deck and its origins. Check it out I will be able to post it in the next t few days…🌈
@@MysticRob82 Hi Rob - I was just talking about referring to the deck as 'Rider-Waite'. I know it's historically been referred to that way but many more of us are going to Waite-Smith or Rider-Waite-Smith. That's all I meant.
I have very much enjoyed this video. Clear presentation. Shows me just what I want to see for each deck. Your comments are informed, interesting, and helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing more from you. Thanks.
Wow, these are gorgeous. I don't think I've realky heard of this publisher, but I have seen a few of these on other channels. I.just purchased a couple remakes of decks from a company in the Eastern U.S. They are not as nice as these, and not as small. I love smaller cards. Thank you for reading the info cards. These are really cool! ❤❤
