I would like you to see the coach actually in the office getting the information from the team and demonstrate that this actually works.

I never got this treatment when I had personal circumstances which I told my manager eventually and I went to my manage went for an to change my times for my child care issues needed to get baack on my feet first I was feeling very stressful and very unhappy calmly every time, interview for housekeep just to take the stress off working around my child, due to ex partner leaving the house hold, extremely hard as he once helped me with child care around hes work and mine so we were always there for my 9yr old, schooling, still cant get over it 4 times I went back got the job has housekeeping as BANK staff, had to resign my care job but i had no follow-up on times dates nothing. Had nothing in place had to go in at 9am butvI told my manager this, told me another time why are you coming in that time, I told you, told me getting very angry said COME TO THE OFFICE NOW!! So I followed her like a naughty child, my only full day 8am to 8pm I was always reliable, hour out but she wasn't helping my situation. When I asked her what happened to the job interview I went for, she got very hostile towards me she said that I didn't want it she bluntly said you have 2 choices either get someone to cover that one morning or resign. But I said that wont I work less then 16hours cut off most of benefits if lower then 16 hrs if more was fine but wasn't willing to give me another half day, felt pushed out at that time I was too low and depressed then very emotional, didn't want to be there. I never caused any issues ever. Trying to keep going. The funny thing is shes just left herself?? 4months after me? There was loads more things she got angry with me as i was getting to the stage of breaking i did get firm 'not screaming' at all, she shut me down told me off not to speak to her like that, I was frustrated we are human that was right at the end when I left, i got 1oo% in my working ability but was easy to let my go, I was not valued for my very hard work when I was there, I had very little time off sick. 2 months off work then went back felt I could carry on for a good time with my annual leave in place. Still gets to me, cause Im a now struggling single mother of not fault of my own, no I have my fault and I know I'm not perfect but like to be treated with repeact not a child at 52 years old. Xxx
