Hey everyone, this is the "Kubota Monster" RU-vid channel. Thanks for stopping by and watching my videos. This channel will mostly be videos of my Kubota BX23S.. But there will also be family and some silliness also.
If you had a space like you do for the kubota. On your x739 would you have gone with the 54” snowblower instead of the 47” you went with on your John Deere?
I put the .3 shim in mine. It went from 1850 to 1960 psi. It made a noticeable difference, it will pick up the land scraper with the forks now. I’d say it’s picking up about 75lbs more. Thanks for the video
Why are you bitching about somebody actually having there children involved and teaching them to be productive members of society rather than a drain on society? Those children are much more important then your little Tonka toy. If that truly ruined that deck (which I don't believe it did) you made a mistake buying that thing. I understand when things don't go right it can be disappointing. but looking at this video from an outside point of view you are an awfully self-centered person that feels everybody should bow down to you. Maybe put down your damn cameras and give the guy a hand rather than sitting there with video cameras making him nervous. You could have been back there watching for him and it would have never happened. Take a minute to reflect on yourself rather than pointing fingers at others. I can only hope that you don't have children and if you do I I gotta wonder how they're ever going to learn anything with the kind of mindset you have. I'm not trying to be a complete a****** but it really bugs me that you're making such a big deal out of a person being a good parent not only by spending time with their children but also giving them real life experiences that will set them up for a successful future. Somebody told you you were special a few too many times when you were young.
You should never rely on a customer for a spotter. That's a huge liability. And are you nuts thinking kids should be standing around while heavy equipment is being unloaded?
Is everybody that puts the skid plates on either suicidal or stupid? This is the second video I've seen where the person is using the hydraulics of the bucket and the backhoe to lift up the vehicle to work under it. Never trust hydraulics, if they pop a hole in a line or a seal goes out you will be dead before you even know it happened.
Stupidly very lucky how the backhoe attachment bottomed out on the asphalt and actually prevented the dinky slippy non caution unloading tractor from simply flopping completely over and with a crash like that these super dumbed down things it's a complete write off victim and possibly Injuring the grunt who won't carry wet weather ramp unloading material as simply as junkyard convery belt and anything doesn't slid when grunt's on jerky on the controls. Period
Well, that just shows you how not to load and unload a tractor. He's so lucky he didn't turn that thing upside down.. It also wouldn't surprise me if it bent something. Obviously, the delivery driver didn't know how to properly run the machine, load it, or unload it. I don't have a problem with him having his kids with him. But they should be in the truck or standing at a safe distance away from that nonsense nonsense.
I missed this video of yours last season Pete. Prolly cuz I was so busy between building my pole barn and everything else. It was nice to see you enjoying your Kubota and watching all the snow you moved with it that day. Are you gonna be doing your neighbors houses again this year? I hope to get a snow blower soon, not sure if it will be this season or not but I want something different. So far Iv used the bucket, my custom pushbox, and a hydraulic angle plow for the FEL.. now I wanna get a snow blower and see how that works out on my driveway. Stay safe!
You were watching him do it. Maybe you could have been paying more attention and focusing on helping guide him down the ramps instead of standing back and "smh" at someone who is doing you a service. You were too focused on yourself and your video. This could have been easily avoided if you had just paid a little more attention.
I was thinking the same thing. Who gets any machine delivered and doesn't help guide the guy driving? Stand behind it and make sure it's on the ramp. Stop blaming the guy having his kids there
I use to take my daughter and son on the truck with me alot delivering heavy equipment and oilfield pipe some people didn't like it and i can see that point when they was younger I made them stay in the truck but when my son was really into trucking and when he was a teenager he rode with me alot was a really big help chaining and unchanging stuff and spotting me off the trailer with equipment putting away dunnage and straps he is 30 now and drives one of my trucks for me I do have a little bit of a soft spot seeing kids go to work with their dads
That was a $23,000+ oopsie! I'd have made him put it back on the trailer and call the dealer to tell them what an idiot he is. Then ask that they order my NEW new tractor and send a different driver next time. Sheesh.
Installed these on a riding mower ru-vid.comUgkxetgfkJxfdT_B2vGYP-uNTLaBbim9OKTD . They were sharp out of the box, although I've never liked blade edges that were coated...not quite as sharp as I personally want. Using my belt sander, I removed the coating from the cutting edges and refined the edge enough to shave with them. So far, after three runs, these blades are holding up as expected. Even after hitting a few fallen 1/2 inch or so branches, the edges are still sharp as heck. No edge dings, no warping, etc. As far as installing them, the cutouts were of the proper size and shape to fit my aging Craftsman mower. Very satisfied.
Good on you for keeping your cool. I would have lost my shit for sure. Driver really needed to be more professional as he almost killed one of his kids and seriously damaged the equipment (not to mention the injury to himself). He took a lot of time to make sure to have the forks moved out from under the side by side and then rushes to bring it down the ramp. I have the same trailer and the ramps are a pain to move, but there is no way a sub compact can safely stay on there when in the travel position. When I took delivery of mine my driver was heading home afterwards, and spent an incredible amount of time making sure there were no issues. He took the time to run thru the entire tractor, and realized he forgot the manual. Offered to drive back to the dealership (0ver an hour away) and bring it back to me. Turns out my salesman loaded the tractor and forgot the manual and my receipt. I made him drive out and deliver the paperwork. Glad they are making good on your machine.
Hey brother, good video. I just bought one of these and thought I would tune in to see what you thought. By the way, I am retired Air Force and my wife is a mechanical engineer for Dassault Aviation so we have some connections, tenuous though they may be ;).
It was obvious that the driver didn't load the tractors onto the trailer in the first place. If he had loaded the tractors, he would have had the confidence to unload them seamlessly. So, this made the driver think that he had to reposition the tractor on the trailor before driving it off the ramps because he didn't trust the location of the tractor on the trailor. He then didn't check that his ramps were square with the tractor before driving onto the ramps. Sad situation.
Supposed to put a washer on before the blade. Check the video. Taking off was thick washer thin washer blade thin washer. Lol. But thank you for the video anyhow. 👍🏼👍🏼 Enjoy the monster
I have about 13 of these in my fleet, no cab or deck though tlb. Here’s what I seen. Backhoe arm too high, I would have extended it out if nervous unloading backwards. Wet ramps, no issue there. They are heavy duty so not solid but rather slotted which Controls unloading speed. Kids running around, just unsafe in general. Big distraction. Operator didn’t square up his wheels and failed to check the angle of front wheels. Boom. Load dropped. To have a better chance of not completely destroying the deck, when lifting rear of unit he should have articulated the arm to the right and lined himself back up. That second drop was insult to injury.
GOT MY BRAND NEW BX23S !!!! These ain't cheap and i feel i don't have enough for the price. so LOUD it's awful. i got for the reliablity, i beat the crap out of it for living and they are stronger and tougher than compitition.
