You mean to say Land rate in that area is approx 2 lac per sq yard? As building is of no use the way it is constructed. 7 crore is very very high and no body will be interested to buy also if I am mot wrong this is second time that you are posting this video in past 3-4 months if it was genuine price first time only it would have been sold. Please post properties with real rates not fake rates, all are educated and everyone knows the rates prevailing in market.
