I adopted this coaching style while coaching in Europe and Virginia from 92-97. I hoping to introduce to my freshmen boys basketball team here in Texas!
Loved Nolan Richardson he was the best I remember watching these games with my mother. She loved the razorbacks she passed away in 97 I took up watching the ark razorbacks where she left off at. Love my hogs everytime I watch them it's like she is 2. Love u mom
Memories. Man my cousin almost went there during that year but he was coming off an injury and had to go to Miss State instead. Seen glimpses of him in this video #24.
Takes me back bruh I'm a diehard razorback fan 40 min of hell coach Richardson had these boys playing damn good ball. I'm from Michigan got a lot of family in Arkansas I won heavy vs Michigan & Duke and Arizona people thought those teams would beat Arkansas...
There was no basketball like the 40 minutes of hell. It was just a thing of beauty to watch. For those that weren't born yet, sorry but you missed the show. No individual stars. A TEAM. At the top of their game it didn't matter who came off the bench, they were unstoppable. And Nolan Richardson was the mastermind behind it.
Can someone please tell me who the starting lineup was for the majority of this season? I know Corliss, Scotty and Corey started...but who were the other two?
@@jbetnar we did that year. I remember when we were in our championship game (MEAC) when they already had Arkansas playing the winner of our game. We were close most of the game.
Tremendous memories of a National Championship season! My Dad and I were at the very first game vs Murray State in the then brand new Bud Walton arena!
My dad was there that night and he brought me home one of the T-shirts. I wore it out that year, then got a new one when we visited the arena the next summer.
@@LeoWhalen1933 I would say they up there because so many players to contribute to their success, this team was super deep and hungry, literally would be a great team for todays game, nothing but 3 and D players on this team
