Thanks for posting this, Mike, I was wondering how the trip went. Glad to see that Derek was able to fill the paddle boat. Looks like you had nice weather but I thought the river would be higher. Sorry you had to fly in and miss the upper river.
thanks for the compliment. But no bravery involved, really. The Canyon rapids can be intimidating, but with a PFD and warmth, they really aren't dangerous, so grab a paddle and do it. Have fun!
Great fun and good weather. Would you please consider using a bell on your bike as well to warn hikers and equestrians on this trail as the line of sight is pretty limited on portions of the trail?
I am truly sorry. I think I accidentally created click bait here. Not intended. My description is a bit of a disclaimer. It is "LONG" for me. I am also long in the tooth. 70 and only started jumping a year ago. Not a reason or excuse for the unintended click bait, but a statement to help clarify. I'm changing the title, so thanks. I mean that.

actually, looking at full video footage, there's at least 2 more on lower 1/2 of "Forks". Being on a bike, I just duck, so don't remember much re: horse obstacles...
Awesome! I thought it was Kevin (green bike) before I saw the caption. I rolled this for the first time a few months ago. Looks heavy but it’s so smooth. Happy Holidays buddy.
The riders all pay for their own lessons. The stable fees that horse OWNERS pay the HOA actually keeps the stables operating in the black with a positive cash flow for the HOA.
bubble rocks climbers have been going there for years. the area below that between the road loop is full of Historic trash. I was a dump for a hotel that was up there. The horses a long the Rd belong to Diane Bohna that is her cow camp.
I must agree that too many accidents happen in this area. Mostly from swimmers in "pothole" pools. But the rocks near the edge can be wet/slippery. COMMON SENSE and stay safe.
