I just saw one this morning (july 3 2024) over the norfolk airport...I didn't know what it was so I started looking up videos and this is identical to what I saw. But as soon as took a picture it disappeared.
I did a pressure test with the drain plug off after draining all the oil. There is no coolant leak in the gaskets or the block I did do a fuel system treatment so it could be from the seafoam green idk
