I moved from Russia to the US at 20 and acne journey started for me and lasted 10 years😢. I have never had acne issues back home, I am thinking it’s something in the US foods that is added. Tried antibiotics- didn’t work Was on accutane, got depressed, dried my skin and mouth so much! Accutane worked temporarily Tried proactive- worked temporarily Then my gynecologist suggested to stop consuming dairy for a month and THAT CLEARED MY SKIN FOR GOOD! That’s just my experience. ❤️🙏
I'm so glad you found what worked but sorry you had to try so many things! My cousin had that with accutane, its part of why I went on such a low does! But then it messed up my stomach 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I'm glad you figured it out!!!!!!
a short cycle of sudafed helps my blackheads disappear and shrinks my pores. I dont know why, but i think some of my inflammation is caused by allergies. Dont take it more than a few days or you risk having an allergic reaction once you stop (skin is a nightmare sometimes, but if you walk the line and just take a couple sudafeds a day for a few days you might benefit from it. Everyone reacts differently so try it out when youve got a week to yourself to see if it works for you).
