Hey you! I'm James, an actor and filmmaker focused on improving Asian representation (cuz I only got the one face). I make skits inspired by video games, movies, TV, sci-fi, and fantasy, but I also talk about the film industry and what it's like being an actor in Hollywood! If you want a laugh or to learn about the entertainment industry, I'm your guy.
This is why in my game when you get a legendary weapon even if it is considered low level you can't sell it or scrap it you have to either put it in your personal chest or use it because either way it ain't going nowhere, and besides in my game when you gain a legendary weapon no matter if you're low or max level it will level up with you, making exotic weapon become viable at any level.
You should double date with someone who understands! 😤👏🏾✨ I and my FFXV Gladiolus body pillow could come; or, if we can't make it, my bestie and her Elliot(plushie) from Stardew Valley are probably free! :3
So I don’t know what it says about me as a person that I was the audience for the emotional boyfriend, the smiling guy and the new video game content 😂
You seem to be going through the evolution a lot of my actor friends have. Perhaps this is merely anecdotal, but I know people in both theater and film who were forever chasing the "break out" project. When it didn't materialize, I could see them struggling, feeling demoralized, constantly questioning if they were making the right choices with their career. Those who have stayed and lasted (outside of the insanely lucky) are the ones who started pursuing what interested them. I watched a friend who is little known but very talented in a production of the Human Ear that just blew me away. I think there's a kind of confidence and contentment that comes once you get in that headspace of being sure of the kind of art you want to make that people can sense. Even if someone's current art isn't necessarily for me, I admire people who exhibit those qualities and will keep an ear out for what they do in the future. Of course, in the industry, you're forever trying to balance passion vs. paycheck. But there's something to be said for feeling good about what you're doing and good about yourself in the process. A career - any career - shouldn't be about tracing out a constellation of disappointments. It should be about how many stars you put in the sky.
Thank you for sharing this 🩵 I’m so happy you’ve changed your view on that top level athlete quote!! I truly believe that life and everything it brings should always be celebrated hehe 🩵 life’s too short for anything less. I’m excited for your upcoming content AND to see you in the movie theatres ✨🤩🩵🩷🤍 gonna binge the rest of ur videos tonight YAY
Just wanna say, your new content brought you to me and I subscribed bc of it. Iirc it was the asian James Bond that the algorithm recommended and despite not playing any games, I actually really enjoy skits about them so you'll definitely hit the target audience eventually like you did with me 😊 it might be a little disappointing seeing similar creators like Silvia or Jackson Field gain traction immediately but others like Viva la dirt league took over a decade before they blew. Confident you'll get there and I'm glad to say I'm an earlier fan! Also, as an asexual, knowing you did boyfriend content sends me to our new moon 😂 definitely prefer your newer stuff but I can't unsee it now. Thanks for taking the risk to change gears. Wishing you all the best!
the audacity of these humans to suggest we go out and interact with other humans. Just straight up disrespectful... also... i'm tired of being single lol
