get a piece screw the gunlaws, get trained to shoot, when threatened,2 cm one H train at a range, shoot on a knee standing, prone one in your belt at the small of the back, on under the car seat one in the house
When I saw Prescott Elementary I thought “sure”. The people who can afford a $2mil dollar home is not sending precious Cindy to a Chicago Public School. But then later in the video I saw the Latin School. Lmao. And it made sense
Nice home but you can definitely get something way better in the suburbs that’s more spacious and a full backyard in a way better area that’s more peaceful
@@EricSmith-dx1ll no where in Chicago is a better area especially how high the crime rate is in the city the whole city is out of order. Mostly everyone I know of is moving from the city it’s not worth it no more. It all depends on what suburb u lived that definitely makes a difference
@@purplerain7603 better is subjective. If by better you mean lower crime rate, then yes many of the suburbs are going to have that. However, there are still many people who would rather live in Lincoln Park or other neighborhoods because of convenience and things to do in the city. Many of the suburban homes are old and outdated as well. You can find new construction or renovated homes pretty easily in the city. It really depends on what you value. There are people moving out of the city and there are people moving into the city. The whole "everyone is moving out" thing is overblown.
@@DailyRants89 a person that’s born n raised in the city of Chicago definitely knows first hand that no where In the city is a good place to raise a family babies kids lose they life everyday because of how high the crime rate is to buy a house in the city would b a waste of time due to very high crime rate and the car jacking n etc everyone is entitled to they own opinion but I’m speaking first hand born n raised and Illinois got better houses then the city depending on which suburb you move to hands down no where in Chicago is worth your family or your life just to say u live in the city it’s about safety first I would think
@@purplerain7603 Yea, I was born in the city too. I currently live here. I think everyone is aware of the crime that takes place, but you still see plenty of families raise their kids here. Like I said better is subjective to a lot of people.
@@DailyRants89 what that means as well that safety doesn’t matter to people no more these days until it hits home and some people is just numb to the fact and some just do what’s best for them which it is what it is at this point
Who cares the area is still ghetto you still have gangbangers at nighttime you have graffiti on all the garages this is not a good location after 10 PM until 6 AM it is very dangerous
This is a beautiful home. Lincoln park is Upscale as well but Chicago is not all its cracked up to be, you literally have up have a gun in your home as well as a conceal & carry
That area has so much to offer, and is a prime location for Chicago. Having visited there often, I found it walkable, convenient, and an interesting neighborhood. I ❤️ Chicago!
If you wanna get robbed. Carjacked and be a victim of a violent crime by someone who is gonna just jump on a red line and desapear then this is a perfect area to.move to and live. Enjoy
Sadly yes it is .. it's very dangerous over here but ion got the money to leave 😭 even if I had the money to leave though I wouldn't leave because their is A LOT of job opportunities and all my dad's side and mom's side of the family live here 💁🏻♀️
Not high at all..If there are any issues, Police arrival is one of the most responsive.. At the same time, crime has gone up everywhere in Chicago and out side of Chicago in the most affluent areas.. This area is very affluent and that home is probably a Million dollars, if not close to it.. A few News Reporters reside in the area and a few Celebrities are hidden in there as well. You cannot live in this area without a lucrative bank account. A 1 br apartment in this area starts between $1,600-2,300.
That’s a nice part but lightfoot has crime everywhere in Chicago carjacking killing pookie and ray rays don’t care beautiful city like Chicago has been ran by democrats liberals for 100 plus years it’s sad people have to ask that question but that area like I said is ok
When it comes to Chicago you have to ask what the neighbourhood is like. They are shooting each other like there's no tomorrow and you want there to be a tomorrow.
Wow this is really nicely done to Gallatin Chicago. The state taxes added to your federal taxes are half your income then add to that your property taxes per square foot and you're basically working to keep a roof over your head.
I love Chicago, and I love Lincoln Park, but the outside of this home looks plain and ugly. Just doesn't have it, at least for me. But Lincoln Park...I love batter and berries, but this home here...Nope. Sorry Deb
Agreed! I was wondering why she didn't show the Mecca of Lincoln Park and it's scenery. She could've shown Oz Park and it's surroundings, Lincoln Park Zoo with the Flower Garden, Bike Trail, River Walk, Boating docs in the Lake, all of the shops around Goose Island, North Avenue Beach etc. I lived in Lincoln Park most of my life and this Woman did not represent it well. .. Maybe she's from another location because a person who's born & raised on Chicago would've done a better job.
@@TheeOne4.44 Well hopefully, I'll be moving to Chicago in a few months. I would love to live in LP, but not there. Can you suggest some other places that I can get and I'm going to start by renting out first...then after a year, once I know the neighborhood I want to move to, or the Suburb, that's when I will buy...but time will tell. Maybe it will be better to just keep on paying rent, as long as the prices don't go up sky high.
@@TheeOne4.44 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...are you serious. Yes you are and what's more, somebody will pay for that...that...well beauty is in the eyes of the beholder right...say yes
