nice video. while booking airport transfer through klook, did you select flight arrival time (with free 2 hours waiting) or provided the specified time for pickup? in case of waiting did they charge any parking fee? for luggage as well, they show on klook that only 2 bags allowed for sedan. Driver really stick to that number? as if 2 people are travelling for 9-10 days having exactly 2 bags is rare. at least 1 check in bag(15kg) and 2 cabin bags (7kg) is common. So does it create problem or they allow?

Hello Kinjal ji, a very informative video. I am planning to stay at mercure Bana hills for a day. Can you advise me how should I plan? Should I directly go to top area first or do the bridge first ? Have senior citizens along with me. N if we stay at bana hill hotel, do we need to buy tickets too?
@@dr.cinephile6836 thank you! You can check-in at the hotel first which will be around 2pm. Hotel guests have early access to the Golden Bridge at 6am so you can do the bridge the next morning. I am not sure if the cable car and ticket is included in the stay. Kindly confirm that with the hotel staff once.
@@TravelTalesByKinjal thanks Kinjal for the revert. We are Vegetarians, so do you have an idea about any outlet which offer veg food out there? I saw you ppl too surviving on theplas so is it that we dont have any other option?
There are many eateries in Bana Hills (french Village) as well as Mercure's inhouse restaurant as well. So you will surely get some veg food options everywhere. But I would still recommend to carry some backup food or ready to eat since you also have elderly people with you.
Great video and great job. The list which you showed during check-in - Woodpecker, Adventure Square, Equestrian - are all these included in the package?
@viveksharma2278 The list only contains details of all the restaurants and activities offered by the resort along with their operating times and contact details. Only breakfast at Woodpecker restaurant was included in our package. You can choose whether to do these activities or not.
There is no issue of customs for the items we had bought. You might need to check for electronics though. iPhones are the second cheapest in Vietnam after US.
Depends upon your interest and how you can waste your money for useless activities. What is shown differs when you experience personally because by seeing videos we had very bad experience for other places also I am not pointing to a particular place but in general things on ground are really different
I always try to give the real picture and my honest opinion about the place. If you have watched till the end , I have mentioned all the pros and cons.
Ideally April to June is quite pleasant however it is too crowded. So July is a good month to visit for lesser crowds and pleasant climate without the rains.
We went to the Golden bridge first as it gets crowded eventually. So Golden Bridge then french village. You can then cover the flower gardens and wine cellar on the way back. We had to skip that as we were stranded on top due to bad weather.

@@36bhavika the basket boat ride in coconut forest can be done anytime between 7am to 6pm. The lantern boat ride is open till 9pm and the best time would be around sunset to witness the golden hour.
