You took a much better route than when I went Wrexham to Bala and back (50 milesish: at the time my longest ride) I do like the view from Hell's Pass. Ridden it up the way you descended from Lake Vyrnwy.
@@YorwerthHiraeth Couldn’t agree more the views were stunning from Hell’s Pass! We went through Llanfyllin and onto some A roads passing Alberbury. I think we had 2 other minor climbs after Vernwy. Here’s the route: www.komoot.com/tour/1884197448?ref=itd&share_token=awSYsSoRIzcqtyq9TGnFLsONcHKCY9ZJP8EMmzhRLzAxooDK88
I’m stood in exactly the same place flying fpv in one of my videos mate , would of been nice to fly with you , Long mynd fpv pack1 I’d litterally be stood on your toes 🤣 I’ve subbed u
Ha no way! It was pretty sketchy standing at the top with the goggles on, felt like I was going to fall at one point. Pretty awesome spot! Need to go back there. What are you flying?
This was using DJI FPV but I've sold it after building a 5inch fpv with gopro 10. DJI was too fragile for what its worth ahaha. Looking to come back here in the winter when it snows hopefully.@@dazzlelaacarpentry-dazzlefpv
Is there any track name that should be followed to make it to that point from where Seceda can be seen in same view as it was at 08:30min of the video? I watched couple of videos and only on yours I found this "angle". By the way amazing job, it's spectacular and really enjoyable video👌🥳🤩
@@minamisterija5756 Hi! That viewpoint was close to Croce del Seceda which is a big Crucifix to mark the summit. You can't miss it when you get there! You just have to walk down just a little bit. There are several paths that you can take but all lead to Seceda depending on where you plan to start. But don,t worry there are a lot of sign post to guide you to Seceda. I hope that helps! :)
In terms of locations, I stayed in a small but lovely town called Castelrotto which is about 30 to 40 minutes drive to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda which is ideal! You can also look into staying around Ortisei! Rent a car if you can so you dont waste any time with public transport since they are not the most frequent in those areas.
Quick question, when did you actually go to the Dolomites ? I just got back from there and it was rainy and foggy. Could not see anything at all. I was there September 24th. I need and must go back . Awesome video
Ahh that's a shame! I went on August 20th and it was clear skies through out! Yeah definitely a must go back to location if you can! Thank you for watching!
@@juanbotero01 it was hot but the breeze was cool, around 28 degrees. I did most of the hikes after 12PM just to avoid the height of the temperature but you'd be fine with a hat and plenty of water. I would love to go back when its snowing though!
Wow ❤ beautiful!! I am travelling in mid October.. If I want to do lago di braies and 2-3 lakes is there enough time . Are the cable cars available in mid October , for seceda mountains look out point to take photos. Thanks
Hi! You should have plenty of time! I did Lago di braies and lago di sorapis in one day but I started that day at. 5am! Lago di braies is 10 mins from the car park. And lago di sorapis is 3 hours hike one way. Cable cars should be available mid oct but please double check! Have fun!
@@romeo.ardael how much time trekking is required at tre cime di lavaredo. And at val venegio valley.. Please do share some details.. if possible. Thanks a ton!!
@@saritasreenivasan1119 You can really spend the whole day at Tre Cime di Lavaredo. You can do a 3 hour loop from Rifugio Auronzo Parking which takes you around Tre Cime. Parking can get very busy but I started my hike late afternoon around 2PM and finished off at the Sidini di Misurina around 7:30PM which is only 30 mins from the car park. But I was filming and taking photos so it did take me longer than expected. I didnt go to val venegio valley maybe one for next time!
Great Video Romeo, thank you for sharing your adventure man. Looks like a beautiful but cloudy and challenging trail to hike. Great job. And if you want to follow me and my dog on the trail, it would be a pleasure if you come over to my channel and have a look around. Stay safe out there. Best wishes, Mario (subscribed)
