youre really good for a self taught fighter -honestly try to keep your guard nice and high when not throwing any hits -always come back to your stance after a kick (also maybe work on a more traditional muay thai stance) -use your fists to set up kicks and imagine an opponent in front of you thats trying to strike and defend your hits -its crucial to work on your defenses as much as you can -maybe try using some knees too good luck on your journey bro
