As a Filipino of myslef i never knew this war i remember this lesson but i wasn't really paying attention cause iw as sick around that time and now while i was scrolling through yt i saw this i was so curious so i watched after i end the video i was tearing i was so shocked ,.,.,.i never knew this This is so sad many people sacrifices they're lives just to defend korea people 😭😭😭😭😭👍👍👍
Watching this saddens me knowing that after all the sacrifice helping S. Korea gain their freedom against N. korea and China still Filipinos are being looked down upon by most S. Koreans. Ungrateful nation!
Standing up to what you believe in is one of the definitions of bravery. What happened is Yultong, South Korea in 1950 is a fight between two opposite ideologies: Communism and Democracy. Being part of the allied forces that fought Communism, the Filipino soldiers only stood up against the onslaught of the North Koreans and Chinese enemy, although outnumbered with 44 to 1 ratio. It was a "no retreat, no surrender" valiant resolve that made the Filipinos win against the enemy. It was God's grace that made it happen: a miracle.
friendly suggestion when your making video reaction like this it looks better if you make the video you're showing bigger so that people can read the subtitles easily. thank you.
There are so many countries, that Filipina soldiers help during the world war. but Phil. No one help except American... Filipino always fight for the right...
You south korean, must put it in your hearth and mind that ,if not becouse of the allied forces most of philippines contengent that saved your country ,may be you all now under communist country of north korea,
My (late) uncle fought in the Battle of Yultong/Yuldong with the 10th BCT (PEFTOK). He described the unrelenting preparatory artillery & mortar barrage of the Chinese Communist army as like "planting rice". Then, the wave assaults of thousands of Chinese soldiers followed. My uncle narrated that it seemed that there were more Chinese soldiers than the ammo that they had. Yet the Filipino soldiers fought bravely & tenaciously for 2 days - for Korea, for freedom & to protect each other. When the 2nd day dawned, they were able to push back d Chinese army. Hundreds of d enemies were killed & wounded, with minimal casualties to d Filipino soldiers. My snappy salute to these men.
The hell Korean outfits?? Do you think ur the one who make it, styled it?? Lmao that's 90s style. Go watch some movies 90s Americans already wearing that kind of styles
We Filipino one day if we need your support by your government don't forget us to assist our country to fight our freedom don't forget this history what freedom what you have now.
Not all the Korean love the Philippines as a matter of fact Majority of korean never choose the Philippines in many surveys conduct all over the world in terms of culture tourist spot people etc... korean also doesn't want to offer transfer of technology interms of military weapons like graceships..because they are selfish and korean company like HHI knows how smart the Filipino in terms of production they scared that soon the Philippines will be their rival in terms of weapon supplier
