With everything thats happened recently with Wilbur's..."habits" for lack of a better term, i've been tryna turn to covers and reimaginings of the Lovejoy songs so, for 1) views aren't going to someone undeserving, and 2) just to hear a better take on the songs generally. If you guys plan on reimagining anymore songs produced by Lovejoy, i'd say dont let any recent controversies with their lead singer deter you! You lot are incredibly underrated and deserve more attention in general!
Just heard this for the first time, then saw it was a cover and was disappointed, I looked up the original, I have to say this version is miles better.
Gosh I love it! I just wish you’d sung ‘you’ similar to how Wilbur did, not sure how to describe it, but you might know what I mean? It’s my favorite part of the song. Still, AAAAH you’re so good.
