Ruth, I love your book so much❤❤❤. I am reading it on holidays (page 305) and it involves some train journeys and I do not care when people give me weird look when I giggle to myself. It was my birthday on 29th, what a gift🩷 - thank you so much for bringing so much joy to my/our life. You are a supermodel to me. I have been following you since London times, I do think about you as my friend. So happy for you on publishing your first book, congratulations😘
This was fun. I like how he styled your hair. I collect vintage sewing patterns and have been admiring the hairstyles printed on the fronts lately as I look for something new for me this fall. I remember the late Princess Diana's haircut and seeing her on the cover of Vogue. It was very iconic. It was when my mother of her same age was inspired and decided to also go short. He broke the mold of "old lady" hair to create a very stunning, youthful, playful, feminine, and sharp hairstyle. And also when everyone was in desperate need to get fried permed ends off. Looks like great products and your book sounds like a lovely read.

Everybody can write a book these days. Even my cat can. Like you need much of intelligence to write some puerile things and to add tons of pictures. The right people, the right bed. the right husband and done. Sorry, it is ridiculous.
I've been here since you and Mr AMR were in London pre kids, and Mr Bear was a tiny little kitten 🥺🥰 So happy for you and congrats again!! I know you would have written an absolute banger. Can't wait to read, and hope you're proud ❤
I am wearing my first week now and I have noticed my tongue is getting sores on it from rubbing against the edges of the aligner. I totally appreciated when you were saying you don't smile as much and I have noticed the same. Even though they are clear I feel very aware something is in my mouth and my cheeks are sore too, I feel very odd about smiling with plastic spread out on my teeth. Also not feeling so smiley with my sore mouth! Thank you for sharing your thoughtful and honest experiences.

Bloody brilliant Ruth - I got it yesterday and I absolutely loved it!!! I've got to listen to it again!! I need to buy the hardback as well so I can see the pictures. In California and can confirm that Waterstones is where it’s at! So excited for you!! Will be reading it this weekend :) also SO excited about the building project!!! I’ve used far too many exclamation points now but legit looking forward, and also laughing at how obviously it became a huge project
My copy arrived yesterday - and I am in the US. I really expected to get my order later than the delivery date.. Waterstones are fab.. 2 chapters in and loving the book.. ❤

Congratulations! Mine arrived this afternoon and I was very happy when the kids went to bed and I could settle in for a megabath to enjoy it. So funny and also quite terrifying in parts (that roof!!), I'm sad to be halfway through it and I'm sure it will be a huge and well-deserved success for you xx
