Clicky feels more satisfying, linear sounds more satisfying. Tactile is the best of both.

I believe the switches themselves don't make much sound, it's more the keycap smashing with the body of the keyboard that makes the *thud* sound. I could be wrong.

I have tried them all including silent ones. I prefer either silent tactile or plain tactile.
