It's the story of two brothers, both great chefs, who fall out so badly that they rip the family recipe book in half, one taking the starters and the other the main courses, and set up rival restaurants across the road from each other.
Twenty years later, it takes a daughter to reunite them when she's determined to persuade them to cook her wedding banquet together.
pathetic BS movie. Why they show indian girl with british. They could have easily shown one of their sons wanting to runite them wih his british gf. But obviously it would not have pleased the british "liberal audience" but the director gupta thought indian conservative audience may not have a problem with it.
Help? I've been trying to find a DVD of the "Jadoo" film he is talking about but I haven't found one suitable for U.S. equipment (British are on a different system). If anyone learns where I can watch this in the U.S. - either with a physical DVD or streaming, please let me know. Thanks a lot!!
Sweet-lime? Yes, please. Love her big dark eyes. Very beautiful. She was the only likeable character in The Darjeeling Limited and her appearance was all too brief. If I was a filmmaker I'd cast her in a heartbeat. Very smitten.
Where can I get my hands on this movie? It seems to have much of the same cast (and a similar feel) to Today's Special, which I loved. I'd watch it on that alone, but with Tom Mison, it becomes a must-see.
I think he looks better without facial hair. But I can see why they had him have it for Sleepy Hallow because he looks so much younger without a beard/mustache.
