The alternative is to growing up with attachment issues because one parent left... if 2 parents can be cooperative and live alongside one another, then why not stay in one house? The benefits are: the child has both parent, double the income, parents have physical, mental, emotional support. Love for your children is the greatest love. It's easy to sacrifice your own wants.
