Hi Sarthak, thank you for the well-explained and much-needed video. I have a question: I haven’t taken the GMAT yet, and I’m aiming for the last round of ISB applications. Do I need to submit everything, including the essay and GMAT score, in the last round itself, or do I need to complete and submit these earlier, like in September?

So if I want to change my industry but then I want ROI as well, what should I do given my fixed package is already around the average numbers? (8years experience) because even the iim exec mba's dont help in inflating your package, I guess. Thanks!
