Been doing this forever and works with anything!!
For the none believers; I once bought a BSA suppressor for a PCP air rifle, it took the rifle from ears ringing to where I could actually hear the hammer strike the valve and cost £70($85ish). When I took it apart it was literally a metal tube hair curlers wrapped in cotton wool.
I bought them coz your recommandation, used with mesh mask like you and it is AWESOME no fog even when is cold day. Gap is there but BB cant fit in. THX a lot.
I made one using 4 foam discs each disc is about 3/4 of an inch wide supressor is about 6 inches long. Each disc has a gap about an inch and a half between one another so air can get trapped. It was already pretty quiet. I took 4 decibels off the rifle. The piston slapping the head is still what you hear but it took away the towel snap noise at the end of the rifle.
I'm not too trusting of the gap underneath. Recently had a player with goggles like exactly similar to these, a seemingly similar gap on the bottom and he had a BB richochet from underneath, ending up against his Eye. These goggles are now banned at my Field 😅
@@DraculaAirsoftSniper thats cool, but my Sniper body is made out of wood (varnished), it's a nasty business if there is a residue left behind and would ruin the original look.
@@DraculaAirsoftSniper Yeah, right now im using a camo tape that stick withing themselves like a velcro, it's not the best but it works. Though still looking for a better alternatives.
