Hear in the UK i have just brought the pureology leave in fanatic muti tasking spary21 it has heat protection i spray it on to dry hair, and it brings my waves back to life my hair is similar to yours but mostly grey with highlight blonde ends as im transitioning its been a year my hair is in better condition since ive stopped the bleach thank you i will try this curlsmith when it goes down in price but as now i have so many many products for my hair as ive been trying them out to get the right balance as im getting my waves / curls back i could open a hairdressers with the amount of hair products 😂
I am a CS fan but I don't see much of a difference. Curlsmith also makes Memory reactivator - wonder how it compares to that. It gets overwhelming especially when they come out with similar products.
I TRULY appreciate your Hair product updates! I live in FL- I can’t afford to try everything. I don’t mind expensive products if effective. Anything that works! I have similar hair so thank you so so much!
Was in TJ Max this week and found Verb curly hair shampoo and conditioner for half the regular price AND Curlsmith full size in shower styling gel, again half off. Haven’t tried either of them yet. I’m never in a hurry for wash day. I have never been a big TJ Max shopper but for that type of stuff I’ll be shopping there more often! I’m glad your surgery went well and the scare is healing nicely. 😊
That Curlsmith In-shower styling gel is the one I've been using as well, love it. Have bought several backups when I see it there. And same for wash day, if I can put it off I will for as long as possible.
Can you do a foundation review of the Elf Soft Glam? It is great stuff and I'd like to hear what you think about it. So glad to hear your surgery went well!! You look fabulous!
Girl, yes! It is so good. I've got one for you right here that I did a month or 2 ago. (if it does't link right, just go to my playlists and search in the quick-one-product-reviews) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yaXvX41K5tQ.htmlsi=AKFh03-g3T4JRTGa Thank you!!
Thank you for this - I purchased two pairs of the flair jeans (different style) and they are SO well made and so comfy - the stretch is amazing and they're super soft, but look and feel like denim. I was worried, I admit, but I'm really pleased with the quality. I got the XL - I'm a size 16 and they fit great (HalaraMagic™ High Waisted Multiple Pockets Rolled Hem Wide Leg Washed Stretchy Knit Casual Jeans Blue Spruce Denim/XL(regular) & HalaraMagic™ High Waisted Multiple Pockets Wide Leg Washed Stretchy Knit Casual Jeans Mayan Blue Denim/XL(regular)... but here's the thing... they smell so strongly of mothballs. I've soaked in vinegar, I washed with odo-ban, I've washed with Tide with oxi and it's still there. :( Might be okay in the winter, but I'm in Arizona and if I start to perspire at all, it's going to surface :( I love every single thing you've shown here, the overalls are definitely next, so if your haul isn't stinky let me know and I'll shop again! (btw - found this link to this on the Halara page, so thanks, Kent. ;) ). s
Thanks so much for your feedback! I honestly was afraid my items might show up with that scent, we all know it from shopping for clothes online. Not a single piece had any scent to it at all! Thank goodness! I'm so sorry to hear that was your experience, though. I know that synthetic fabrics do hold onto smells so maybe it will just take several repeated washings to eliminate it. Best of luck!
@@wanderingviking Just wanted to let you know - I reached out to customer service and they sent me a gift card code for a new pair (of my choice). THAT is great customer service! <3
I’m new. Love your content! Could you share how you did your up-do here? Looks great & I have similar hair. I truly enjoyed your hair tutorial. Please update if products/ styling changes.❤😊
Absolutely! Welcome to my channel. I am always throwing it up in a simple ponytail half bun in my videos. If you've never done it before, you just do a high ponytail and on the 2nd loop around of your hair tie you stop pulling your hair through the loop of your hair tie about half way through. poof it up a little, fine tune how much is coming out where and voila :)
Seriously, how do you keep your hair on top of you head like that to keep it out of your eyes. I love your style but I can't get mine to lay like that, it always falls right in my face and I'm constantly pinning it back. I'm so sorry to hear about your back issues, that is scary! I will keep you in my prayers.
Thank you for asking! I just do a little top ponytail bun and my texture does the rest. I also notice it holds best if it's completely dry and I have a strong hold product in it to begin with.
Thank you! One product with all day wear test for the win! I like your style and your plain hair band...hate the puffy headband so many are using. Just my 2 cents.
@@wanderingviking I have pleasured which is a warm pink and intoxicated which is a rose mauve. Both are beautiful. Also hypnotized is a terracotta which looks beautiful.
@@wanderingviking Thx! That is good to know. I'm learning that I while I can use more moisturizing styling products in winter, I definitely need polyquats in the ingredient list for summer (hot humid Florida).
Products have different effects on different people, I legit did not have any sting with the clear version. If you've tried this, though, I'm curious did you notice the unpleasant odor?
I never watch clothing videos, but I had never heard of Halara & was curious. I'm glad I watched - their clothes look great. I may shop there after I finish my weight-loss journey (hoping I can control my cholesterol without meds). I agree with you regarding plus size clothing. I'm not likely to purchase from brands that charge extra for them. I do appreciate that Harara uses models appropriate for the clothing sizes (usually). Thanks for doing this video 😊
Thank you so much for posting this! I'm ALWAYS curious about Halara, but have always been too afraid it wasn't for me because of my body type. I'm definitely going to use your discount for a couple things!!! You are stunning!
YESSS to the powder foundation video. I know nothing about them. How do they work with cream products? Where can you buy the Scrunch it one and done product? I did a quick google search wo luck. Interesting about the brow growth product - thank you. I haven't found one yet either. Love Cake Mousse too and so many of Milani products are good (except mascaras, I haven't had any luck). Speaking of mascaras, I have WAY better luck with drugstore than high end. I need a dupe for Tatcha cream. Thx for the reviews!
Thank you for breaking down her video so I don't have to go watch it :) Touching up ears with bronzer when my hair is up is the top tip I learned this year.
You have beautiful skin bare faced. When I was younger I didn’t really need foundation. As I’ve aged I need the coverage. Combining shades is brilliant, always works for me. I’ve been using wet n wild photo focus dewy foundation and I love it but, I’m going to give this one a try. Looks great on you!
Thank you so much and I'm sorry for the late response. The tree is from Wayfair! www.wayfair.com/decor-pillows/pdp/bay-isle-home-artificial-potted-cedar-tree-vco11943.html?piid=27703821
New sub here and enjoyed your presentation and cool personality! The colors looked great on you. Looking forward to seeing more of you! Greetings from Buffalo NY!
@@wanderingviking thank you for your help!! I will probably go with fillers!! I’m retired now and have the money to do it for myself and not for anyone else but myself!! I’m 50 years old as of a week ago so it’s something I’ve wanted to try and so I think I’ll just go ahead and have them done!!
It has peptides in it, which are said (with some evidence) to build collagen & improve hydration. That's the "long-term" plumping they're talking about. It takes time for the effects to appear. A lot of products with peptides say the same 😊
They are and if it wasn't something sent to me, I'm not sure I would've splurged on them. But it's nice to try them and be reminded that there are more affordable options just as good if not better!
@@wanderingviking but do they actually plump your lips? That’s the reason why I would be buying it is to actually make my lips look fuller. I had very thin lips so that’s why I’ve been on the fence about buying CB to begin with. Thanks for your input!
Hello Ingrid, i am new to your channel. This is probably around the anniversary of losing your mother. Right before Cvd started one of my sisters was diagnosed with lung cancer (stage 4) which went to her liver. She left us a month later. Anniversaries of loss can be hard. Take good care… ~kari in Esquimalt, BC Canada
Hello Kari, you won't believe it but that's my mother's name. Lovely connection. It was definitely a tough anniversary. So sorry for the loss of your sister.
Thank you Ingrid. I had an aunt, Ingeborg. All us cousins struggled with pronouncing it so we all called her Aunty Inky. As an adult she introduced herself to new Cdn friends as Ingrid! 💕 the kitty i currently have is named Inky. I was named after my maternal grandmother. We pronounce with Norske accent but i pronounce as “Carrie” to non-scandinavians. I also follow a Danish prof on YT learn a lot about our heritage. I think his name is Rune, “Nordic Animism”. I love your rosemaling ink on your arm. I have a Vesiviger behind my neck. Sending sisterly love and healing to you, Ingrid. Your new friend, kari
Unreal... I had a Tante Ingeborg and my nickname growing up was Inky. My mom's name was pronounced with the accent as well and everyone here always said Carrie, lol. Thank you for being here!
I've bought them from Ulta, it's the only one they sell but they're much cheaper online from places like Amazon or Shein/Sheglam (if you mess with that at all) and Shop Miss A.
I tried one eye for closeup and the other eye for distance. Made me goofy! My contacts are just for distance and then I put on readers. It works for me. I even tried the multifocal contacts and couldn’t see worth a darn. Blush looks nice!
Oh wow! I'm sure it would do the same for me, lol. I can't find the right readers for reading with them in. What strength do you use? I've gone from .5 to 1.5.
