Hi. A basic kitchen cabinet would cost around 6-7k depending on the specs and material used. Also the sliding door mechanism can be purchased at any hardware shop by a carpenter, and they would add this cost together with the sliding door.
It is a wonderful design. I just got a unit similar ti this model, but is aside main door entering. Is there any idea or suggestions for this entering?

WTF.. the first 4 parts impressed me but the owners poor taste destroyed the whole reno.. Super ugly sofa, ugly dining chairs and table.. ah pek home deco (laughing Buddha, gold tree, welcome dog...) Haiz what a waste

I love the open concept BUT I have one big issue with it, which is the increase in outdoor noise levels. Concrete walls are the best in sound insulation compared to glass. So for e.g. if there's noise coming from one side, you can move to another room and vice-versa. With the walls all hacked, any outdoor noise can be heard throughout the house. I've even looked at soundproof glass sliding/folding doors but they're still no match to concrete walls. Is there a solution to this?
When designing a home, an ID should look at the profile of the home owners or occupants and proposed the design. In this case. Although it’s a 5rm flat, there’s only 3 occupants staying. Having said that, a basic home can never be 100% sound proof as there’s always gaps at doorways.
Thanks. Not all the lights are smart light setup. Usually depends on the usage frequency. The light fittings in this apartment can easily add a receiver in future if need to.
