No words to describe the beauty of the art work installed here. The idea, machanism, engineering have been put together in various art forms, by various artists is really commendable. And the efforts, passion, dedication and commitment put a life to these beautiful walls. An artistic history created at one place, that's what makes this place even more beautiful. These are not just a different pieces of art , it's actually an emotions of those hardworking artists who have turned this dream into a reality. Jay He was just good enough. Also, stop showing that the airport building itself is not artistic just to show that Jay He is the only art work there. The building is artistic with the peacock feather design which is also the logo of the airport with the initials CS embedded in it. There is jaali walls, artistically crafted roofs at the various counters, artistic chandeliers and light fittings, natural stone tiles on the floor and other places, water fountains etc. Also, there was an artistically beautiful massive statue of Chhatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj on horseback in the airport which you removed during renovation under that pretext and haven't put back. That statue was not only a smaarak but also the greatest part of history there in the form of art. And you got some christian foreign artists who have mixed cricket as a religion and Buddhism and depicted that as a piece of art.
on Indian tradition of putting sculpture and paintings everywhere, as can be seen on forts, palaces, Temples and even general people's houses. Also beautifying with gardens. So stop calling it New or something. Thirdly, stop calling it GVK museum. The airport is a public property.
Start calling the airport by it's name i.e. Chhatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai. I know you have hired some Hadid as architect for the airport coming up at Navi Mumbai. Don't get sold out to outsiders for money and glory. Also, stop calling it new museum or new GVK museum. First of all it is not a museum as it is a government policy to put up art in public spaces.
