I don’t think is worth it …My thing with freedom couture is that she very expensive even when she put “sales” is still expensive smh she doesn’t realize that there are other companies that are reasonable with prices but she has no mercy on these wigs prices smh
!!!PLEASE READ THIS!!! If you are planning to buy a FC wig please read this review. I have alopecia and I have been buying wigs from FC for 4-5 years and i have bought 7-8 wigs so far and they all are still not in that much of a bad condition. I have trusted the company and that is why i was placing orders. This time however, i placed a custom order for 5 inches wig named FIORENZE and after i received it and wearing it 2-3 times i washed it. When it was dry and i wore it, it was so poofy. None of the wigs had this issue before so i contacted customer service and they said that the wig was cut a few inches which make the ends thick so they'll send complimentary serum which will make the wig appear smoother (apparently it doesnt help with the thickness of the wig) and I said okay i'm willing to try that but if that doesnt work i'll need FC to take responsibility and fix this issue. They tell me that if serum doesnt work, go to the hairdresser??? Like??? First you make a mistake then you tell me to go to the hairdresser instead of helping me with the situation? Then you proceed to tell me you cant do anything in This situation as i agreed with the style and color? Excuse me? I agreed to it but I NEVER agreed to receiving a defective wig!!! I told them i either need a refund or i can send the wig back for a new one. Nothing. I am a regular customer and I want to continue buying wigs from this company but this bad customer service is making it hard to as they are exploiting my money when THEY made the mistake. If there was a risk of the ends being thick, I should have been informed, but I wasn't. All the wigs ive bought cost around 1000$. My 1000$ on this new wig has went down the drain. Please think twice before buying from them because if the wig is defective they will NOT help you. If possible please spread this message.
I would like to know did you swim in your tape in hair extensions? I workout in the swimming pool I don't submerge my hair under the water and I do wear a swim cap as well. My hair sill gets alittle wet. I really want to try these tape in extensions but I don't want to waste my money.
